Day of Coordination includes:

• Initial meeting to review schedule 6 weeks prior to wedding

• Detailed itinerary of wedding day for bridal party and vendors

• Meeting 2 weeks before the wedding to discuss last minute details

• Coordination or supervision at rehearsal, if needed – but I will be there

• Full wedding day coordination up to 12 hours

• An assistant at no cost to you

• Detailed itinerary of wedding day

• Ensuring ceremony location is set up and organized

• Coordinating with vendors on the wedding day

• Ensuring the wedding day flows smoothly and manage any unforeseen issues that may occur

• Coordination of reception

• Access to my “Wedding Day Emergency Kit”

​Set up Package can include

• ​General set up of your ceremony and/or reception

• Ensuring that the gift table, cake table and guest tables are arrange and decorated as required (place cards, seating chart, centrepieces, favours, cake etc.)
