Everlasting Impressions Review
My husband and I got married on September 21, 2024, and we were so happy to have Lisa and her team working with us. We hired her as a day of coordinator but her help started right from the moment we signed her contract!
The set up for our ceremony was flawless and we couldn’t be happier with how they took our vision and made it a reality. From the start of the day right until the very end Lisa was right there making sure everything smoothly and we felt relaxed and supported. Lisa’s kindness and empathy helped calm me down during any parts of the day where I was feeling nervous or overwhelmed. We couldn’t have asked for a better support system.
There is so much that goes into planning a wedding, and we can’t recommend Everlasting Impressions enough to help you out! We always be grateful to Lisa and her team for helping make our day so special!

Like many couples, we were undecided about hiring a wedding planner. When we decided to consider it, we met with around 6 different planners - each of which had very strict parameters as to how many times they would meet with you prior to the wedding, sliding scales of pricing depending on vendors you choose and overall, honestly, it seemed like more of a headache then it was worth. Then - we met Lisa. From our very first meeting with Lisa, she was so welcoming and kind - we immediately trusted her expertise and knew we would be in good hands with her. Flash forward a year and Lisa & Lisa helped us coordinate a 2 day event with 2 different venues. We were provided options for each of the vendors and were given help selecting the best choices and negotiating discounts - everything from flowers, to suits, to linens - they had us covered. Lisa & Lisa made themselves available to meet with us numerous times in the year leading up to the wedding and worked around our atypical schedules - they handled all of the emails and made us feel completely at ease. They met us for site tours in the lead up and helped us figure out all of the big and small details.
Our wedding weekend was entirely stress free because we knew we had an incredible team to rely on - we have received so many compliments about how well the events went and we truly owe so much to Lisa, Lisa and the rest of the team! -

Planning a wedding, especially a larger one, felt overwhelming for both my husband and me. After realizing we needed professional help, we initially decided we only a day-of coordinator. However, after just one meeting with Lisa, we knew we wanted her by our side throughout the entire planning process. Hiring Everlasting Impressions as our Wedding Planner and Day-of Coordinator was the best decision we made for our special day.
Lisa effortlessly handled every detail, and her experience turned what could have been stressful moments into manageable ones. She continually went above and beyond to ease our worries about timelines and smaller details that we had worked ourselves up over. Whenever we felt overwhelmed, Lisa made everything feel simple and straightforward.
What truly set Lisa apart, however, was her warmth and approachability. She wasn’t just our planner; it genuinely felt like we were working with a friend who had our best interests at heart. On our wedding day, our wonderful photographer made sure to snap a picture with ourselves and Lisa right after our ceremony, and I'm so happy because Lisa had become such a special part of our journey. She took the time to get to know us, and because of this found ways to make our day even more special with her own ideas. Things we never would have thought of on our own became some of our favourite memories of our day.
Although there were a couple of minor hiccups on the day (which were unrelated to Lisa and her team), she handled everything with such grace and efficiency that we never even had to worry. The day went off without a hitch—stress-free, perfect, and incredibly fun.
We cannot thank Lisa and her team enough for making our wedding day so memorable. Looking back, we have nothing but the fondest memories, and that’s largely thanks to this extraordinary team. -

I've known Lisa ans Scott Whynott for the better part of two years now and have had the pleasure of also being a part of Lisa's team. Making the decision to have her help plan our wedding was probably one of the best choices I've made in the process. Lisa is kind, patient, and extremely responsive. She has become a dear friend to our family and has made many sacrifices to ensure that our wedding was all that we hoped for it to be. Notwithstanding all the work that she has put into ensuring decor, order of events, food, and ceremony went well, she was a voice of calm and reason throughout it all. She quelled my anxiety and worry and encouraged me to focus on what was the most important part of the wedding day: spending time with my husband, family, and friends. Thank you Lisa for all the amazing things you continue to do for people. Looking forward to continue working with you and growing our relationship as friends and coworkers! -

Fairy godmother, in the best sense
At first we were hesitant to hire a coordinator, but after meeting with Lisa, seeing what she was capable of, she more than blew our minds away. Working with Lisa and her team was amazing, it was like working with a friend, she answered all our questions- day or night, I swear she never sleeps. She understood our vision for the day and made it happen, no questions asked. She brought us snacks in the morning, kept in contact with the vendors and made sure everything was sept up, running smoothly, and perfect for the day of! and was ready to set up a second space on the fly incase the weather turned bad. She rescued us more than once, when my custom gown didn’t get made and the vendor ghosted me, she set me up with the lovely people at Durand. She also hooked us up with an amazing dj when ours cancelled. 11/10 would recommend. -
