I have to start by saying that finding and retaining Events by Moi was by far one of the best decisions I made. Initially, I was planning my wedding myself and a friend of mine who also does event planning advised that I need to hire someone, at least as a day-of-coordinator. Reluctantly I searched and spoke with a few people, and ultimately ended up speaking and meeting with Priscilla and Jackie of Events by Moi. They are SUPER WOMEN.
From the time my (now husband) and I met and spoke with them back a year ago, to date, they have been attentive, professional and just amazing. They certainly surpassed the role of "day-of-coordinator" and then some! They immediately took charge and brought our wedding to life. Their personalities and energies synced with our own and made this relationship that much better! We love them and would certainly love to see them outside of wedding planning! They are my kind of people!
Admittedly, it took some work for me to let go and give them control, but they never left me out of the loop and always were in contact to ensure that it met our vision. While I did spend a lot of time planning, I can't say that I had a true vision for what our wedding would look like, but with the help of Priscilla and Jackie, a beautiful wedding was realized and we couldn't be happier. On the week of the wedding, I was more stressed than I realized and I think I had checked out, but Priscilla and Jackie were there to make sure everything ran perfectly and smoothly. I'm still piecing together the events of the day, but from what my guests have told me repeatedly, Priscilla and Jackie did a spectacular job. They took care of everything and I cannot express how much I truly appreciate them. They also put me in touch with the florist as well as a new officiant since our previous officiant wasn't reliable. I could go on and on about how wonderful they are, but take it from one stressed out bride, they are THE BEST and definitely one to look out for for all of your wedding planning needs! Priscilla exceeded all of our expectations in ensuring our anniversary was romantic and beautiful. She even added an element of surprise for us that we really enjoyed.

I am glad to take this opportunity to review the services offered by Events by Moi. Priscilla and her team did an amazing job planning and executing my Bridal shower. I was surprised that Priscilla took the time out to really understand who I was as a person outside of my wedding. This ensured that the event would really reflect who I am and exceed my (very specific) expectations. I had the pleasure to have Priscilla host my event. She was amazing and definitely professional, she turned my vision into reality. I envisioned having a fun girls night with my girls where we can just laugh, drink, eat lightly as we paint through the night. She made that happen and more; she was so delightful, so pleasant to work with and outer most professional. I spoke and she made it happen. I didn't have to lift a finger. I even worked a shift that day, when I came home my home was transformed into what I call a memorable setting. My girls had an awesome time, I got nothing but positive feedback.
