I loved how you trusted Dynamic Weddings to provide a number of different services which made it so much easier to serve you and certainly made it a one stop shop for you. We started with the venue. I suggested a beautiful outdoor space which was lovely…until mother nature had other ideas. No problem because a great plan is even better once you have a solid back up plan. We helped you find this most exquisite venue that matched your theme. I love the brick and chandelier in this space. It ended up being literally a couple blocks form your restaurant so was perfect. Our Wedding Planning allowed you to focus on the big picture as well as the smaller details. Once the day came, our Day of Coordination service allowed you to settle in and allow us to guide you along the way. We included several items in the package such as chairs, a beautiful European hand made wooden backdrop with stunning faux flowers. We also provided your bouquet and grooms boutonniere. Ceremony music was included all handled by your officiant Dennis wirelessly through the iPad. So simple, so effective. I loved how we were able to include the Unity Candle into your celebration merging not only the two of you, but your two families into one. Officiating your ceremony was such an honour. I loved sharing your love story, how a city girl met a country boy and she instantly fell in love with the outdoors on your first camping trip. So adorable. No wedding celebration is complete without capturing the essence of the day from our professional and award winning photographer. I loved how personable she was and able to lighten the mood with jokes and guidance along the way. Your photos look so stunning and classic. She captured images as she walked you to the restaurant where you joined your family for a lovely meal and celebration. Congrats on a beautiful wedding. You achieved your goal of having a simple, affordable yet elegant feel to your wedding day with your most closest of friends and family. You achieved that and more. -

We hired Dynamic Weddings for our big day and honestly, they were amazing!
Dennis was also our officiant and he was fantastic, super friendly, funny, and made our ceremony feel really personal and heartfelt. The planning process was super smooth thanks to him, and he was always quick to respond and super organized.
Our day-of-coordinator was amazing as well! Everything ran like clockwork, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
The photographer captured all the key moments perfectly.
DJ kept the party going all night, played all our favourite songs and took requests like a pro.

Hi Julia, this is an incredible review thank you soooo much! It really means a lot to us. Thanks for acknowledging all the little things we did for you to help you plan your wedding from beginning to end. We started off as your wedding planner to help you find a location. We then planned all the details together such as schedule, logistics and creating your memorable ceremony program. It was so fun creating a customized ceremony celebrating your love and telling your story. We supplied the vow books, bouquet, boutonniere, circular backdrop, signing table/bench, chairs, officiant, coordinator, photographer, videographer, Music and more. It made the process very easy for you, especially while planning everything from Toronto. When you travelled to Vancouver for the big day, everything was all ready to go. Even though everything was set up, you naturally felt nervous immediately prior to the ceremony and needed support to recentre and calm your nerves. Fortunately, I have had a lot of training with this (and am a certified breath coach) so was able to help you ground very quickly. You rebounded well and were on your way to becoming married. It all went very smoothly. Once you walked down that aisle and I recited your funny story, the nerves turned to laughter. We provided a bottle of bubbly for a fun moment (mostly for the groom, LOL) who gladly sprayed bubbly into the air in delight. Fortunately, he left some for you to consume. The photo session went perfectly and our photographer and videographer captured some stunning shots, including some drone shots which you mentioned. We ensured all your specific requests were met and couldn't be more happy with the final result. Everything flowed and you celebrated in style with your loved ones. We hired Dennis to be our Wedding Planner, our Day of Coordinator, our Officiant and our Master of Ceremonies. Working with Dennis made our whole process of planning and executing ideas incredibly streamlined and efficient. During the planning stage we found his knowledge about ‘hidden fees’ in various venues/services so helpful and he explained pros & cons of potential outcomes to help us make our decisions. He kept us on track with deadlines and created a comprehensive wedding day itinerary that was perfect for the extras we wanted on our day. His officiant duties were done with class and a style that fit our own, only to be matched by his MC skills – he knows how to speak to a crowd and get things moving when needed. The services provided by Dennis made a huge difference in how perfect our wedding day turned out. We also hired our Decorator, DJ and Photographer with Dynamic Weddings, and Dennis recruited the best! Thank you Dennis!!
Our Photographer with Dynamic Weddings did an exceptional job. We provided a large number of sample poses and he was able to recreate the majority of them in a short time. With clear and easy direction, my wedding party had fun while being directed on poses. We were also provided with an extra 200 photos than what was expected! I have a severe dry eye syndrome and I was most appreciative that he went the extra mile to edit the photos to reduce the redness. This photographer is highly skilled in wedding photography and clearly has a real talent for capturing the feeling of the day. We are amazed how well our photos turned out - thank you so much!
The Decorating with Dynamic Weddings was incredibly easy. There was a variety of packages to choose from and the actual decorations on the day were way better than the sample photos. The decorator was very easy to work with and she even provided a larger sized welcome sign at no extra charge. The flower arrangements were spectacular and my bridal bouquet lasted weeks beyond life expectancy!
The DJ with Dynamic Weddings was the x factor in our special day. We have specific music tastes and there was a very long ‘Do not play’ list, which meant the DJ would not be able to play the typical mainstream list that always seems to include cliche, new pop, etc. We were very picky with our asks since we wanted the music to reflect our own tastes while simultaneously keeping our older guests happy. He delivered on all fronts and it was amazing! An eclectic mix of genres, remixes, hidden gems, and wedding jams that had our dance-floor pumping to the end of the night. He was professional and easy to deal with every step of the way. Major bonus points for having a stellar collection of vintage reggae on vinyl for our dinner hour! ALL of our requests were fulfilled -- this DJ is a master of his craft. We highly recommend Dynamic Weddings and all of their services, Dennis employs only the best. Thank you again!!

Dennis was literally the best from the beginning of our planning process, all the way to our wedding day. He was so supportive and always on top of emails as we were picking our venues, coordinating with various vendors, planning for our ceremony program, and also ensuring all our paperwork, photos, and video was delivered to us in a timely manner. He even helped out our friends to set up the reception room even though we didn't book Dynamic Weddings for that part! Dennis and his team were so flexible, collaborative, and supportive, making our wedding day literally PERFECT. We were not stressed at all throughout the process because this team knew exactly what they were doing and how to make it absolutely perfect and personalized. We received so much positive feedback from our guests too.

Hi Livia, As I reflect on your wedding, I remember so many amazing moments. It all started with our first meeting where you didn't even have a venue. I recommended several venues that suited your criteria but I knew right away that Sage was the spot for you. I was right. Their service and food was excellent. Just prior to the ceremony, I could see how your parents were so excited to see how you look. I asked you if it would be OK to do a spontaneous reveal to your parents and you agreed. When I told them, I could see the emotion already building. When they finally saw you, WOW. So magical. I had pre warned our photographer and videographer who managed to capture the moment beautifully. Back to the planning. We customized your ceremony sharing some adorable stories about you and we all had several good laughs. I loved playing your ceremony music wirelessly via my ipad and professional Bose speaker for that added special touch. Then the quick transition to cocktail hour in another room, moving decor to the 3rd room for family photos while the ceremony room was transformed for your luncheon. Lots of logistics behind the scenes but it was worth it and it all flowed so well. Imagining how thirsty you both must be, I brought you over a signature drink and some appetizers each to enjoy during family photos. Meanwhile, behind the scenes, we were then relocating the decor into the dining space in prep for your meal. Then outside we went for bride and groom portraits with our amazing photo and video team. We first had you shake and spray your complimentary bottle of bubbly into the air. We all had a laugh when you sprayed our photographer. Ha ha ha. Then you continued to the lovely Rose Garden for some additional magical photos before returning to enjoy your intimate luncheon. All in all, the perfect day for a lovely wedding. I'm so glad the ceremony went smooth and that you loved our photos and video. Congrats to you both. Our experience with Dynamic Weddings was perfect from start to finish. We hired them to help with day of coordination. Dennis was fabulous to deal with leading up to the event and ensured that everything was on track to be ready well in advance of our wedding so the month of could be relaxed. Rosie was our DOC and she was amazing! She executed everything we had wanted and was so helpful. This team really helped make our day go so smooth and ensured everything would be exactly how we dreamed of. You cant go wrong hiring this team, just incredible! -

Dennis is extremely professional and knowledgeable in this industry. He is a reliable,adaptable and incredible human being.
