Working with Jessie was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. As two busy professionals, we needed someone who could take our vision and run with it seamlessly, and keep us on track in the months leading up to the wedding.
Jessie was incredibly supportive, organized, and sharp. Whenever we needed to adjust direction or pivot on a detail, she handled it instantly without missing a beat.
On the day of the wedding, we didn’t have a single worry despite many moving parts. In fact, we barely even noticed the planning team during the event because they had everything flowing so flawlessly in the background. My husband and I were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment with our guests, completely stress-free. -

Jessie was our wedding planner and we are so incredibly lucky that she helped us for our special day! We knew absolutely nothing about how to plan a wedding and how to start, but Jessie guided us from start to finish with grace, patience and incredible professionalism. She was always there to answer our questions, give us reminders, and make sure we were on track. Our wedding day was everything we wished for and more, and it's all thanks to Jessie, Jocelyn, and Kami of DreamGroup! When we shared our wedding day timeline with our wedding party they were extremely impressed with how organized Jessie is and the day of our wedding so many people complimented how amazing the day was and how everything went according to schedule! We highly recommend Jessie and DreamGroup! -

We had the absolute joy of working with Sydney Power to plan our 230-person wedding at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, and we can honestly say we don’t know how we could have done it without her. From day one, Sydney went above and beyond. She was calm, organized, thoughtful, and completely on top of every single detail.
Our wedding wasn’t a simple one. It was a large event with multiple pre-ceremony gatherings, a detailed timeline, and so many moving parts. Yet Sydney handled it all with such grace and ease. She was responsive, patient, and kind throughout the entire year of planning, guiding us through every decision with clarity and care. She always made us feel supported, reassured, and heard, no matter how big or small the question.
On the day of the wedding, Sydney was everywhere and somehow always in the right place at the right time. She kept everything running flawlessly, handled any hiccup before we even knew about it, and brought such a calm, grounding energy that allowed us to truly relax and be present. From checking in on us at the perfect moments to coordinating our entire vendor team seamlessly, she ensured the day flowed beautifully from start to finish.
Sydney truly has a gift for what she does. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm personality made the entire experience not only stress-free but genuinely enjoyable. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of (and more), and it’s entirely thanks to her hard work, care, and expertise.
Sydney, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our day so magical. You are the absolute best at what you do, and we feel incredibly lucky to have had you by our side through this journey.

Dreamgroup team did an amazing job initially communicating with us and finding a coordinator that fit our schedule!
Christie did an amazing job, even exceeding all expectations to help us with our timeline and coordination with vendors!
She was very professional, patient, sweet, and a fun person to work with, even being a sewing wizard to the rescue with a button that could have caused a small issue!
She helped our vision come to life and helped the day go flawlessly, and we even got compliments from family and friends that it was one of the best weddings they'd ever attended!
Highly recommend her and the Dreamgroup team!

Working with Sydney Power for our September 2024 wedding was truly a perfect experience. From our first consultation meeting, we knew she would be the perfect person to bring our vision to life. As an out-of-town couple, it was important to have someone we could trust to help keep things on track during the process. Sydney was very responsive and provided more value than we could have imagined. She is so plugged into the industry and gave amazing recommendations for vendors, as well as insider info that saved us so much time and money. The best money we ever spent was hiring Sydney for our wedding planning process.
She also was a delight on our wedding day. She stayed calm while handling every moment of the day so that our friends and family could just sit back and enjoy. All of our guests have commented on how well Sydney managed the day-of coordination. -

We booked the Wedding Day Essentials package with DreamGroup and were connected with the wonderful planner, Cayenne!
Cayenne was highly organized, energetic, and grounded in all her communications with us. Although we planned our own wedding, Cayenne was available to us for any questions we had, particularly on how to deal with unexpected details of the wedding planning process. She gave SUPER helpful insight (e.g. rental numbers), advice (e.g. planning out day of timeline) and recommendations (e.g. extensive list of potential vendors). We had some unexpected hiccups with our floral vendor on our wedding day and Cayenne dealt with it wonderfully (THANK YOU!). We are so grateful that DreamGroup assigned Cayenne to us and would happily recommend her to future couples with any wedding planning needs! -

Cayenne from Dream Group was an amazing wedding coordinator, and we are so glad we worked with her! We chose the "wedding day essentials" package, and from the very beginning, she was incredibly detail-oriented and full of helpful tips and suggestions. Anytime we overlooked something, Cayenne would send us a gentle reminder, ensuring that nothing was missed. She was always available for questions and provided a second opinion when we needed guidance. Her vendor suggestions were spot on—we used many of them and were thrilled with how everything turned out.
On the wedding day, Cayenne exceeded all of our expectations. The setup was stunning, and she worked seamlessly with our vendors. She checked in at just the right moments, ensuring everything ran perfectly. Cayenne had a warm, reassuring presence throughout the day, always smiling while seamlessly managing multiple tasks and the flow of the event.
Our guests raved about how smoothly everything went, and we couldn’t agree more.
We highly recommend Cayenne—she’s an 11/10 wedding coordinator and absolutely worth it. If you’re considering hiring a coordinator, do it! Cayenne will ensure you have the most relaxed, well-organized wedding where you feel completely taken care of. -

Sydney at DreamGroup was so fantastic, we would hire her again in a heartbeat. We interviewed multiple companies and knew from the beginning DreamGroup was the right fit. They knew our venue well and understood our vision. Sydney was very responsive and willing to provide input and ideas without overstepping. Her day of service made the entire event such a breeze and took off any responsibility we might have had so that we could thoroughly enjoy the day. Any hiccups were either managed without us knowing, or Sydney would provide two options with her opinion and all we have to do was simply choose. I would highly recommend their services!
