When my wife and I first started our wedding planning, we were having a lot of issues trying to figure out what needed to be done and when. We had gotten to the point we were very over whelmed just thinking, we couldn't even decide on colors, about it and started to worry that we would miss something.
That's when I started looking at wedding planners. I came across Abbi. She was amazing!!! Right from the meet and greet with her. He personality, professionalism, eagerness, and excitement made us feel like we could trust her and she could help us with this wedding. I cannot say enough good things about Abbi. She is perfect in every conceivable way. Not only is she extremely professional, detail-oriented, and organized; she is the kindest and most compassionate person. Our wedding would not have gone off without a hitch, like it did, without her! From our initial meeting to every one after that, we felt more at ease and less stressed because she just knows exactly what to be doing and when to be doing it. She made sure every detail, timeline, and vendor was organized and perfect! Plus she kept everyone in line too. She is the best money you will ever spend on your wedding, bar none. The wedding day was flawless, with every beautiful detail meticulously handled, allowing me to relax and enjoy the moment. Abbi was an amazing support throughout the wedding planning process. We went with her signature package which came with design, timeline, decor, and day of coordination which perfectly met our needs. She even helped with putting together florals and picking up printing for the wedding! She has such an eye for event design and decor, so our wedding looked amazing! Abbi was also very communicative in emailing follow up notes, responding to texts, and we could always trust her to follow through. I don’t think I could summarize in words just how much Abbi did for my husband and I leading up to and on our wedding day. When I booked her, I was looking for someone to help make things run as smooth as possible at our ceremony & reception. And wow, we’re my expectations exceeded. Not only is Abbi the sweetest person and so supportive to the wedding vision, she also comes with a MASSIVE showroom of decor that can be used as part of your coordination booking with her. Hiring Abbi as our day-of coordinator was the best decision we made in our entire wedding planning process!! Not only is she one of the nicest humans alive, but she is FANTASTIC at what she does.
The main reason we hired Abbi was for her setup/teardown option. I had a vision of how I wanted our reception to look and she knocked it out of the park. She has a beautiful inventory of decor that was included in our package, which was awesome because it was one less vendor to deal with. When it came to teardown, all we did at the end of the night was… leave. It was that easy!

I hired Abbi early on in the wedding planning stage and am so glad I did. She is hands down the most amazing wedding coordinator out there! She is highly experienced and professional plus one of the nicest people you could ever meet! She helped me so much in the planning stages and was so helpful and responsive to any questions I had. She and her team made our day go seamlessly and she executed everything perfectly. The reception and ceremony spaces were set up to perfection and all our guests commented on how beautiful everything looked. Abbi was beyond amazing. She was organized and on top of everything from the time we booked with her. Day of we ran a bit late and she made sure everything ran smoothly regardless. As the end of the night approached, her and her team made sure decorations were cleaned up so we had nothing to worry about. I couldn’t have done it without her!! Thank you Abbi!
