Fidan and Milena are absolute magic.
From the very first conversation to the final song of the night at our wedding in Mexico at Villa La Joya, they went above and beyond in every possible way. They handled everything — every vendor, every timeline, every detail — so we could truly enjoy one of the most meaningful days of our lives without stress.
What sets them apart is not just their professionalism, but their hearts. They are incredibly warm, deeply caring, and genuinely invested in their couples. At the same time, they are extremely organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. Every part of our wedding flowed seamlessly, and we felt supported and cared for every step of the way.
There were countless moments where they anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them. The design, the coordination, the timing, the behind-the-scenes problem solving — it was all flawless. Because of them, we were able to be fully present and soak in every second.

Choosing Fidan of Design Dream Events was the best decision we made for our wedding. From our first meeting through the last dance, she guided us with genuine warmth and calm expertise, always keeping our vision front and center. Her vendor recommendations were spot on — Diego from EvolutionMix Audiovisual, Sara & her team from StyleMe, Clément & his team from Elegance Photographie, and the delicious catering from Ginger all exceeded our expectations and fit our style and budget.
Communication with Fidan was clear and timely; we always knew what to expect and when. On the wedding day, she arrived early, coordinated seamlessly with the venue and vendors, and handled every detail so smoothly that we barely noticed the behind‑the‑scenes work. Our wedding in Tulum, Mexico at Kima was unforgettable — the owner was amazing, the venue is truly one of a kind, and dinner in the jungle earned us so many compliments.
One moment that stands out: right before the ceremony, it started pouring, and we had to switch to our rain plan. I was panicking on the inside since so much of our wedding was outdoors, but Fidan stayed completely calm and confident. Her demeanour and experience reassured me instantly and turned what could have been a stressful situation into a perfectly executed, intimate ceremony. And the rain stopped just when she said it would!
Before the trip, Fidan married us in our house in Toronto, which made the whole experience even more personal and meaningful. We can’t recommend Fidan highly enough to anyone who wants a planner who is professional, compassionate, and brilliant at making a wedding feel effortless and unforgettable. -

The best in the business!
Fidan helped us plan our destination wedding in Mexico and working with her was such a pleasure! I came across Designed Dreams from doing google research, and all of their 5 star reviews really speak for themselves. I couldn’t have done any of it without her, from introducing us to her large network of vendors down in Mexico, ensuring we were always on schedule, and making sure the day-of went off without a hitch. She really took all of the wedding stress off my plate - I never felt stressed once about the wedding logistics because I knew Fidan had it covered!
10/10 recommend working with Fidan. She is kind, organized, and means business! We are going to miss her now that our wedding week has passed. 💕 -

Fidan saved the day before the party even started when I arrived with a small wardrobe malfunction! Fidan and her team were so prepared, kind, and professional. They helped put together the most STUNNING and memorable bridal shower that we cannot stop talking about! Everything was perfect from the wonderful vendors to every little detail. If I wasn't already in the process of planning my own wedding that's 2 months away, I would have easily hired Fidan from day one! Thank you for everything! -

Eventsource did an amazing, excellent, remarkable and memorable bridal shower for us. The attention to every detail and aspect of the party was done to perfection. The owner, Fidan, was so very nice, easy but professional to work with. I can’t say enough good things and praise for the job she did.
I hired her again for an upcoming engagement party. I know she will do the best job.
She took care of everything from start to finish.
Everyone was blown away by the event she did for us. Guests had a great time and were raving about everything. From the outstanding decor to the drinks and the food.
Hiring eventsource was the best decision we made. Her company thought of every thing! She took care of everything from conception to the party to take down! It was 10 out of 10 easily -

I have been following Destination Wedding Planners on Instagram for a year before my now husband popped the question. I remember thinking to myself, these weddings are to die for and the views are breathtaking! 2 weeks after we got engaged, right away I booked a consultation with Fidan not knowing what to expect. Fidan got back to us right away. She was so welcoming and inviting. Her calm demeanor and smile has helped ease our anxiety going through the whole planning process. She always took her time to explain each and every step thoroughly.
Fidan is amazing at her job – she puts her whole heart into it. She literally is the definition of “what you see is what you get”. Her time management in our meeting calls and what needed to be done was calculated and precise. We never felt we were in a time crunch, or asking too many questions.
We had this crazy idea to surprise everyone at our Jack & Jill, and get legally married in Toronto before doing our destination wedding in Mexico! She was so down, and though she is a very busy person, she made time to come that day to be our officiant, and officiate our wedding that same day!
Not only was she our officiant, but she was also our wedding planner and you literally pay for peace of mind, as she says! I would do it all again if we could. Everyone LOVED it, and had an amazing time! From start to finish, it was exactly what we imagined and more. There was not a time that we felt lost with what was going on, even flying with us – she gave us lots of reassurance and guidance along the way as it was our first time in Mexico! She’s very knowledgeable and has lots of resources, and a whole team behind her that will support your vision! We will continue to recommend Fidan to our family, friends, and future brides and grooms! 16.5 years down, and forever to go. We’re so happy you were a part of this journey. We love you Fidan – thank you for making our dream wedding come true!
