Nina was the MVP of our wedding planning. We truly did not realize how important and valuable Nina's help would be during the planning process and on the day of. I cannot recommend her and her services at Creative Mind Box enough. She went above and beyond, checking in with us in the months leading up to the day and met with us several times to go over all the small details. She was in contact with our other vendors to ensure everyone knew the game plan and timeline of the day and ensured the order of events flowed smoothly. She also set up our decor on the day and everything looked stunning!! People often question whether a day of coordinator (or month of etc) is necessary or worth it and I can assure you that Nina was worth every single penny. There were so many tiny details we hadn't thought of or considered that she was able to point out and help with a solution. The day went perfectly and I truly do not think this would have been the case had we not hired Creative Mind Box. -

My son and wife hired Nina for their wedding planning. Nina's services were reasonably priced and she took a load of worry and stress off of my son's and daughter-in-law's minds.
The thing that stuck out to me was that Nina genuinely cared about how the wedding day was proceeding. She listened to a few suggestions I made and was gracious and approachable. Among other tasks, she arranged the flowers and table settings in a very short period of time and it turned out lovely.
As well, I was tripping on my dress and she offered to fix it for me on the spot. She pulled out hairspray and resolved the problem by spraying it on the hem and it worked. She is a good person and I highly recommend her services. -

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Nina as our planner! Starting a month before our wedding, she took the time to understand our vision for our wedding day, and to assist us with any challenges in the planning process we were currently experiencing. On our wedding day, Nina made our big day so seamless, stress free, and special! We had 100% faith and confidence in her, as she advocated for us and the whole bridal party when needed, while also being considerate of all vendors' and guests' needs. Her attention to little details, her responsiveness, and ability to adapt to last minute changes were admirable! We truly couldn't have done this without her! We will always be appreciative of Nina's expertise as well as her warm and caring personality. -

Words can not even begin to describe how grateful I am for Nina and hiring her to help me with our special day! She was so easy to communicate to and was always available whenever I needed her advice, recommendations , anything you needed she was always so happy to assist right away! She made the wedding day stress free for me, she took care of everything on that day including last minute guest tables linen problem! I highly recommend on hiring Nina I promise you will not be disappointed!! -

Nina was absolutely amazing, I couldn’t have done it without her! She provided extremely helpful tips, recommendations, timelines, and (essential) day-of coordination. She put me in contact with other vendors that saw my vision come to life. Nina was so helpful helping us pivot when our venue declared bankruptcy and we had to find a new venue 2 months out. HIGHLY recommend Nina and team for your special day! -
