  The best wedding planning decision

  Hiring Rebecca as our wedding planner was the best wedding planning decision we made! We chose to go with the partial wedding planning package which included help as we got started with planning, a mood board, vendor recommendations, timeline creation, month of wedding finalizing, help with our rehearsal, and day of coordination. From our first communication with Rebecca, she was kind, helpful, and professional. She helped my husband and I articulate our individual visions and expectations for the day and found ways to tie them together to really make it feel like OUR day. Her knowledge and expertise of the wedding industry helped us hire the right vendors and ensured that our day went smoothly! To quote one of my bridesmaids, “We barely saw Rebecca all say, but everything went perfectly, so I imagine she was busy doing that.” We are so grateful to Rebecca for helping make our special day so wonderful! We highly recommend Rebecca as a wedding planner!!

  Amazing!!!!

  We worked with Rebecca as our month of coordinator at our wedding in August 2022. It was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We had several DIYs that required set up, and was super nervous since neither me or my partner planned anything this big. Rebecca executed our vision and had everything at the venue run seamlessly. She also knew exactly what steps needed to be taken and helped us get on track when she stepped in during planning. It seemed like several people's biggest advice is to hire a coordinator or planner and I'm so glad we went with Rebecca.

  Wedding Planner Extraordinaire!

  We are so glad that we hired Rebecca for Full Planning. She helped clarify our vision and ultimately created our dream event. We wanted our wedding to be fun and feel representative of our values. Rebecca ended up making it exactly that but also somehow made it "The Best Wedding Ever" according to many of our guests. The wedding day ran seamlessly thanks to Rebecca's hyper-organization and wise scheduling choices. Throughout planning, Rebecca was easily accessible, quickly responsive to hiccups, and always a pleasure to interact with. She has always been supremely professional. When you hire Rebecca, you're working with an artist to design stunning aesthetics, a seasoned consultant to advise you logistically, a manager to keep you and your vendors on track, and an executive assistant to make you feel supremely taken care of. We highly recommend Rebecca for wedding planning.

  Rebecca was such a pleasure to work with. My wife and I felt like we were in such great hands from our first meeting. Seeing our timeline come together exactly as we hoped allowed us to completely relax and enjoy the big day with no stress. In the year leading up to our wedding, Rebecca frequently checked in and offered support and advice while we managed planning. Once we hit 6 weeks before the big day, Rebecca immediately knew all the details and made us feel so at ease. She came with us to our final venue walk through and asked questions and offered advice that we wouldn’t have even thought of. Building our day-of timeline was a real collaborative effort and we revised until it was exactly what we wanted. The day itself went off so smoothly and we felt so comfortable having Rebecca there to take care of all the details, including setting up all our DIY decor exactly as we envisioned it.   We are so happy we hired Rebecca as our month of coordinator for our wedding! Rebecca was experienced, professional and organized. We even had multiple vendors say that her day of timeline was one of the best they had seen in awhile! Highly recommend!

  best wedding planner!

  We got married in early November, and hired Rebecca to help us navigate the final stages of planning and for peace of mind on the day of. She was incredibly thorough, prompt, organized and eagerly answered any questions or concerns we had. On the day of the wedding she took care of absolutely everything so my husband and I could enjoy the day without worrying about who needed to be where and when. Everything went seamlessly and we felt supported at every step of the way. I would highly recommend hiring Champagne & Cedar if you are looking for a wedding planner who is fun to work with, very professional, experienced and enables you to relax and enjoy your day without worry!

  I had a very pleasant experience working with Rebecca from Champagne & Cedar

  Rebecca was very professional, gave excellent advice, and kept everything extremely organized. Her help made the stress of planning a wedding during a pandemic, manageable and I’m so grateful. Our wedding went off without a hitch and she is a big reason for that. Would highly recommend champagne & Cedar if you’re in the Toronto area and looking for a wedding planner!

  Rebecca did everything we had hoped for - and MORE.

  We had originally booked Rebecca as our Month of Coordinator in 2019, for our original wedding date (June 13 2020). However, like most couples trying to get married in 2020, COVID had other plans, which resulted in multiple postponements (4x) throughout the year and a half (we finally got married in August 2021). As we started to work through our postponements, Rebecca super accommodating throughout and checked in every once in awhile to see how we were doing, and to see if she could help. As a COVID bride/groom, we really appreciated this and it really made us feel like we were supported.
  
  Not only was Rebecca thoughtful and considerate throughout, but once we finalized a new (and our final) date, she was able to work with us on a less then 4 week turnaround time, which was incredibly helpful, especially when it came to working through all the final details that we had completely forgotten about.
  
  Rebecca is super organized, detail-oriented and diligent with her scheduling and when it came to day of - she was able to adjust as needed. Weather was not on our side on our wedding day, and we were really behind schedule, but Rebecca made sure we kept moving and got what we needed to get done, done.
  
  We would certainly recommend Rebecca to anyone that is considering hiring a month of coordinator or planner. My biggest advice as a bridesmaids, prior to being a bride, was hire (at minimum) a Month of Coordinator and now as a bride, I can 100% stand by this statement. I promise, she WILL make a difference.
