Trust Brilliant Events to make your dream day come true!
Liz and the Brilliant Events team went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend one for the books.
We had tasked her with quite the challenge - two wedding ceremonies in one weekend. First a Hindu wedding on the Friday, and a Jewish wedding on the Sunday. Hosting 200+ guests for multiple events is a huge undertaking and Liz and her team made it look easy. All while being an absolute pleasure to work with.
We felt heard every step of the way and were allowed to have as much involvement as we wanted throughout the process. The ask to integrate cultural elements of two demanding religious was challenging, and Liz took it in stride. They learned all the names and details of both traditions, delivering incredible events that both represented our Indian and Jewish communities, while also making each event our own.
One of the best things that came out of working with Brilliant Events is the network they have in the Sea to Sky corridor. From florals, to photographers, videographers, even local artisans for our welcome bags, Liz was on it. And the people she surrounds herself are the most talented and easiest to work with.
In addition to the thorough planning process, Liz and her team executed the weekend flawlessly. This was a logistically complex and operationally challenging weekend to pull off, and everything went off without a hitch because of Liz’s attention to detail, communication with her team and all our vendors, and exceptional execution ability.
We’re already thinking of another reason to have an event, for the sole purpose of working with Brilliant Events again.Brilliant Events's reply:

Your love for each other and your unique personalities made every detail of the wedding planning journey special and memorable.
Thank you for entrusting me with the honour of being your wedding planner. It was a pleasure to work with a couple as wonderful as you, and I feel fortunate to have played a small role in the beginning of your married life together.

It's not possible to capture the magic of Brilliant Events in words. You have to experience it to understand. I was a stupidly busy bride in the lead-up to our wedding, and all I can say is Every. Last. Detail was handled. I have not one thing these women could have done differently. They showed up as coordinators and left as friends. Liz Tiedman and Hayley Cianca had to navigate all kinds of gong shows, many of which I didn't even know about; all they'd say was "I got you". They so did. Every guest we spoke with said it was the best wedding they'd ever been to. Thanks, ladies. Looking forward to debriefing over drinks one of these days!Brilliant Events's reply:

She Knocked It Out of the Park
We hired Liz and her team and it was by far the best decision ever! She was extremely organized, beyond capable at anything that was in front of her, kind, intelligent and amazing to work with. Our family and friends had nothing but amazing compliments for how well our wedding ran and it really was all thanks to her. The venue staff (who are friends of ours), also too were blown away by her work and really enjoyed collaborating with Liz and her team. 10 out of 5 stars. ⭐️Brilliant Events's reply:

Out of this world Perfect Wedding
We are so grateful that we found Liz to planned our wedding. We just got married this October 2020 and it was truly a PERFECT wedding. Liz has infinite patience and truly listen to what I wanted in the wedding and being an expert she gave her input as well. I trusted her advice and super glad I did - The decoration turned out way way more stunning than I had imagined it would. The wedding day was perfectly planned. Liz took care of everything including the itinerary of the day. it went so smoothly - that my husband and I actually had nothing to worry about and we ended up having a lot of fun at the wedding. So many of our guests told us that it was one of the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever attended. Thank you Liz for being not only our planner but like a best friend, a sister and a guide during the last 10 months. We will never forget you. -

Beautiful Winter Wedding
We had our wedding on February 29th, 2020 in Whistler, with Brilliant Events as our wedding planner and it was the most amazingly perfect day EVER!! I was so stressed before the wedding and it was so important to me that I didn't have to deal with anything on the day of, that I could just enjoy myself, and it was absolutely amazing. Liz was fantastic and room care of everything, and totally went above and beyond for the day. She decorated the most beautiful wedding arbour EVER! Everything was perfect and I couldn't be happier.
