We made the decision to go with Blush Events to be the month-of coordinators for our wedding, and it may have been the best decision we made for the whole wedding day.
Ashley and Gia are exceptionally organized and a joy to work with. They were constantly two steps ahead of us in terms of preparation and anticipation. During our first meeting, we gave them a rundown of our vendors and expected timelines, and along with keeping track of all the information we were giving them, they made sure to ask all sorts of questions, including quite a few which we never would have thought about. Moving forward, they would often respond to us within minutes.
Throughout our time with them, they were constantly on top of timelines and following up with vendors, particularly those that we had found difficult to reach and get quick responses from. They single handedly eased our stress levels by being persistent with such vendors and ultimately always getting a response when necessary.
In the weeks leading up to the wedding, they created an extremely detailed wedding day timeline plan, which they shared with every vendor to ensure everyone was on the same page.
On the day of the wedding, Ashley and Gia handled so much behind the scenes to allow us and our families to enjoy the day without needing to stress about anything. They carry around an emergency kit which seemingly contains anything and everything; we were fortunate to have it and it came in handy multiple times.
What an absolute pleasure it was working with Blush Events. Cannot recommend them enough, they are life savers and a huge source of destress during the wedding process. Worth every penny!

I am so glad I hired Blush Events to help me plan my wedding this past July. I did my research and was recommended this vendor by another bride. I was a Covid bride and had to postpone my wedding celebration a year later. Ashley and Gia were so helpful as a month/ day of coordinator. I had planned most of it myself (teacher in me is super organized lol) but I knew that as the day got closer I would NEED some help to organize and plan final details. I was so happy that they had everything covered. Our day went surprisingly perfect and I know that was because of their excellent focus on details and ensuring things ran smoothly for us. I felt so comfortable to enjoy my day as they always had things thought out before I even asked them about it. Their kindness, professionalism and positive energy was all I needed and I would definitely suggest any bride to use this company! -

The ladies behind Blush Events are truly a phenomenal, hardworking team. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was no easy feat, but Ashley, Gia and Crystal were a phone call away everytime I had any questions or concerns, and did everything to ensure my wedding was seamlessly executed as well as the planning process leading up to the day as stress-free as possible. With their assistance, my wedding day was a dream come true and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you Blush Events for all of your hard work! XO -

We hired Blush Events to do our wedding coordination for the day of and month before our wedding. Ashley and Gia were so professional, prompt, on top of what felt like a million to-dos and overall made my life as a bride so much easier. I was confident that they could take care of everything - from creating the day-of timeline, to contacting all our vendors and making sure they knew what and when everything was expected of them, decorating our venue, to running the whole Wedding so smoothly I truly got to relax, be present and enjoy it all. I couldn’t have asked for better Coordinators and couldn’t recommend them more!
