Not enough amazing things to say about this gem! Hiring Ashley was one of the best decisions I could have made for my wedding. Ashley is courteous, punctual, understanding, trustworthy, efficient, resourceful, experienced and best of all, amazing at what she does! I could not have asked for a better Wedding Coordinator for one of the most important and memorable days of my life. Her help and advice were paramount to my wedding planning. She is super responsive, always willing to help with anything that I needed her for, any task that I gave her, no matter how big or small, she handled with ease. She never let me down and exceeded my expectations over and over. Ashely goes above and beyond what is asked of her and I will always be grateful that I met her, hired her and chose her to be a part of a day that I will treasure for a lifetime.

Ashley is the BEST!
I can't even begin to explain how Ashley made our dream wedding come true. We hired Ashley for full planning and are so glad we did. We had a number of hiccups with the venue and Ashley was with us every step of the way. Her positive attitude, directness, and network connections saved the day. We would not have had such a beautiful and successful wedding day without her. Even down to the wire, she helped us score flowers, hair and makeup. I will recommend Ashley to everyone I know!

Amazing Wedding Planner!
Ashley was amazing and I don’t know how I would have done without her. Trying to plan my wedding during a pandemic, postponed dates… I needed the extra help! She was so easy to talk to and very responsive whenever I needed something. She helped me make decisions and stay on task and budget. The day of the wedding she set everything up and dealt with everything as needed. I wouldn’t not have been able to do it without her help. Would definitely recommend her for any friends or family getting married!

We couldn’t have done it without AVP Events!
From the moment I first spoke to Ashley on the phone I had a good feeling about her. Luckily my instinct was right. She helped us pull off our last minute wedding ceremony/reception seemingly flawlessly. We couldn’t have done the final planning and day-of set-up without her.
On-site she was so attentive. She made sure everything ran smoothly, encouraged people to sign the guestbook, checked-in with us to make sure we were okay, and helped with the final takedown. We had a little hiccup with one of the guests, but Ashley handled it like a true professional. I cannot recommend her services more!!

I absolutely loved working with Ashley over the past two years - she was so accommodating when we had to postpone our event twice. She was there for phone calls and emails and an amazing emotional support on our special day. She makes you feel so comfortable and gets things done just the way you want them! Great experience
I had a really great experience working with Ashley. Due to COVID-19 our wedding date was changed and Ashley was flexible in accommodating us. On the day of she was very thorough, efficient, professional and just cheerful, overall a really great day and I am thrilled that she was able to support us on the day of the ceremony. An absolute stress-free wedding because of Ashley.
I feel so grateful to have met Ashley and to have had her help me execute my wedding day this summer. I decided to hire a day-of coordinator during the last few weeks leading up to my wedding and found AVP Events here on Wedding Wire. Ashley was super responsive and was able to work out a very reasonable and personalized package based on my needs. She was in constant contact with me and my vendors leading up to my wedding day. She is a true professional in this field and provided support and advice whenever I had any questions. I felt so at ease knowing she was there.
In addition to her awesome personality, Ashley is extremely organized, detail-oriented, hardworking and is an amazing decorator. On my wedding day, she made sure everything was on schedule and took care of every last-minute detail and request so that we could truly enjoy our special day. She was so on top of everything that even my guests commented me on the organizational skills they saw of Ashley and how smoothly the wedding day went. Ashley made sure that everyone had everything they needed and had everyone in the right place at the right time. She addressed any issues that came up to ensure that we could relax and enjoy our day.
Ashley truly went above and beyond my expectations and took all of the stress out of our wedding day. AVP Events proved to be worth every penny and Ashley was an absolute joy to work with.

Your very own Fairy Godmother
Ashley has been amazing during our whole wedding planning process. Since the moment we started talking we clicked and I feel as if I've known her and she's been apart of my family forever. She works extremely hard to make your dreams and vision come to life but to also be there for you and to check in throughout the months. Ashley has been extremely supportive during this whole COVID process of having to re-schedule our wedding and then me deciding I wanted to do a backyard elopement with a months notice. I gave ashley full creative reins and Ashley was able to plan and create the most magical night in under a month with a BIG TWIST given to her on the Tuesday before the wedding. She handled everything with absolute grace and she made our back yard elopement a complete dream and fairy tale. She truly is your "fairy godmother". Ashley has an eye for details ( the big and the very small ) and knows how to make it just perfect and tailored for you. I highly recommend Ashley for your planning dreams, she will not disappoint.
