We had a large (260+ guests) wedding downtown Calgary, and Abbi and her team were so organized, professional, and approachable. They blew us away with the beautiful church and ballroom set up, kept everything running on time and smoothly, helped so much with the vendors, and were so kind and helpful to everyone. I was also so grateful when they came back for take down and had everything in order to easily pack up the venue afterwards. Abbi and her team were AMAZING! Abbi is the perfect combination of chill and down to earth, but extremely detail oriented, organized and creative. She brought a bunch of her decor for both the ceremony and reception and has a wonderful selection to choose from - we gave a rough idea of what we wanted and what she created was STUNNING! Everything ran extremely smoothly and she did a rehearsal for us as well. She did a great job at giving suggestions, calming us down when we were stressed, and adjusting to ensure timeliness. The MC’s were also grateful to her for ensuring everything ran on time and for assisting them throughout the evening as well! I can’t say enough good things, she really made our wedding dreams come true and everything went perfectly thanks to her! Highly recommend!!!

We hired Abbi for full-service wedding planning for our 84-person celebration at the Fairmont Banff Springs in June 2025, and she was an absolute dream to work with.
