My fiancé and I were immediately made comfortable in front of the camera, Vaughn coached us through some basic posing which instilled confidence in us both.
The entire experience was made to feel effortless, as though we were on a date and the only variant was that it was documented.
The end results will not disappoint! An absolutely stunning, personalized digital gallery is provided for you ASAP. All the information and features are included (i.e. prints for purchase).
Vaughn is a skilled professional, very personable and easy to work with, I think you will find that you are in excellent hands.
Memories captured that will last a lifetime.

Our experience with Vaughn was excellent! From when we hired him to our wedding day, he was very organized and had excellent communication throughout. Both my husband and I felt very comfortable around him. We love our photos and have had so many compliments on how wonderful a job our photographer did. Vaughn really captured the fall colours and vibe that I was going for. We also got our photos back very quickly and did not have to wait the months that you usually hear of to get your wedding photos. We cannot express how amazing our experience with Vaughn was. We were fortunate to work with Vaughn for our engagement and wedding photography, and he delivered exceptional work in questionable conditions!!
Our engagement session was enjoyed by thousands of bugs in a forested area during an exceptionally hot day - Vaughn was a trooper and kept us sane, and through the chaos produced stunning and creative photos.
Our wedding day weather was also great one minute, pouring rain the next, then sunshine, then cold winds - again, Vaughn came through with exceptional photos and seizing whatever backdrop mother nature threw at us in addition to keeping everyone on pace and in good spirits.
Vaughn is very responsive to all questions and is genuinely engaged your journey. My (now) husband is not a fan of being photographed, but Vaughn instantly put him at ease and made the sessions enjoyable. Vaughn also provided a lot of guidance in helping us determine timelines, group photos, and what he needed from us well in advance.
Our engagement photos and wedding photos are stunning, powerful and exceeded our expectations. If you are able to secure Vaughn for your photography needs, do not hesitate! Highly recommend Vaughn Barry Photography, and hope to secure his services in the future!

Incredible photographer
I cannot express how amazing a photographer Vaughn is. We hired him for our wedding and he was PHENOMENAL. From the meet & greet, to the engagement photos, to the big day - he was incredible, so friendly and charismatic.
His attention to detail is second to none. From asking family members to take things out of their pockets, to ensuring all the guys had the same jacket button done up, to laying on the ground to get a better angle, it was BEYOND anything we could have imagined, even all of our friends and family were incredibly impressed.
Not to mention we got SO many sneak peaks the day after the wedding, and then got all of our photos back in less than 2 weeks! Just amazing.
Not that I will ever get married again, but if I did, I would hire him in a heartbeat! Look no further if you are looking for a wedding photographer.Vaughn Barry Photography's reply:

Blown away would be an understatement!
Vaughn's photography is nothing short of fine art. We chose him for our wedding (Sept 2023) because we were blown away by his gallery, and we were so happy we did. We wanted something we could print and hang on the wall, and he delivered 1000x over.
I'd strongly recommend doing the engagement shoot as part of the wedding package! As soon as you meet Vaughn for an engagement shoot, you'll be so excited to have him be part of your big day.
As a generally awkward human who doesn't do well in front of the camera, Vaughn's energy and guidance allowed myself and everyone else to interact with each other and the camera in a way that was comfortable for all. This created beautiful photos which don't appear too posed.
He has a talented eye for beautiful scenery and fine details that make each photo into art. He thrived on being in a new venue/location and finding the best places to get the images we love.
At a few points during the day, we looked over and Vaughn was literally on the ground to get the best shot. His dedication was incredible!
He frequently gave us recommendations/pointers from his experience to ensure we had adequate time to get the photos we wanted and make our day run smoothly.
The number of positive comments we received from wedding party members, venue team and guests about Vaughn's presence at the wedding were too numerous to count. He was an integral part of our wedding memories; not just in the art he created when capturing our day, but also his presence/personality. We actually had so much fun working with Vaughn for our engagement shoot and wedding day. He shared in our excitement (sincerely), and actually participated in the day rather than just taking photos. It was easy to tell he genuinely enjoys his art and this energy is infectious to those in front of the camera, too.
Additionally, we had our rescue dog (Hal) participate in both the engagement shoot and wedding day. Vaughn was incredibly skilled with a challenging subject (husky with a short attention span), and capture beautiful images with such an important member of our family we will cherish forever.
Do yourself a favour and please book Vaughn for your wedding and other important life events! We plan to have him capture big moments in our future.

Vaughn was awesome to work with. Just a genuinely nice person which is obviously an asset to have on your big day. Really good mix of creative/artsy photos, and candid photos. We got all our photos back way quicker than expected and they are all so beautiful. We get complements on the photos all the time.Vaughn Barry Photography's reply:

Vaughn was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had him join us for our small ceremony last year and then again for our wedding “version 2.0” this year. He made us feel comfortable and at ease. Getting our photos was one of our favourite moments during our wedding as it gave us some time to enjoy one another’s company and snuggle up to one another while Vaughn took photos and made us smile. The booking and payment process was also very smooth. He also helped to keep us organized with a family photo list and communicated well before, during, and after the event. We had sneak peak photos back within a day both years and the rest of our photos shortly there after! Can’t recommend Vaughn to future couples enough!Vaughn Barry Photography's reply:

Amazing elopement photography
Vaughn did the photography for our private elopement. He made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera on our special day. The whole process from booking to receiving the photos was easy and he checked in multiple times with us. The photos are absolutely beautiful.
