Hi, I’m Emma, the heart behind The River Co. Photography.

Born and raised in beautiful Southern Georgian Bay, I’ve had a camera in my hands for as long as I can remember. I was always borrowing my cousin’s camera and snapping photos of everything around me. In 2018, I purchased my first DSLR, and that’s when my love for photography truly began to flourish.

I photographed my first wedding in January 2019 in Cuba when my cousin was getting married and didn’t have a photographer. I offered to step in, and from that moment on, I completely fell in love with capturing weddings and the stories behind them.

I believe every love story deserves to be captured in a way that feels authentic, timeless, and true to you. From the quiet, emotional moments to the big, joyful celebrations, my goal is to create an experience that feels effortless, meaningful, and intentional, allowing you to stay present and fully enjoy your day.

I work closely with each couple to understand their vision, priorities, and personalities. Whether your wedding is intimate or grand, relaxed or full of energy, I approach every celebration with creativity, care, and attention to what makes your story uniquely yours.

When I’m not photographing weddings, you can usually find me spending time with family and friends, travelling, exploring, or working on cars (my other job involves fixing rock chips on automotive paint!). I can’t wait to learn more about you and be part of such an important chapter in your lives.
