The Best Wedding Vendor Award
The Memory Writers blew me away in every aspect of my wedding. Their patience, creativity, vibes, and professionalism is incomparable to anyone else in this business. They did such a great job of creating a fun atmosphere to take pictures and delivered a beautiful album and video for everyone to enjoy. They were truly the best and I will remember the team and how they treated me during my wedding events for the rest of my life!

Varun and team are my most favourite vendor in this whole wedding. We had a traditional Tamil wedding in Vancouver , and if you know you know, it was impossible to find a photographer who had covered a Tamil wedding in Vancouver. Call it fluke, we came across The Memory Writers on wedding wire. Varun and Rajiv were both just such incredible people to be around and most importantly they made my husband and I feel ourselves. I always knew Varun was great at candids and that was exactly what we received! Some priceless, precious candid moments at the wedding captured into frames! Now I just look forward to another event so I get these guys onboard again! Lots of admiration for the passion and dedication this team have! Picking them for a big day is a no brainer now!

Just the kind of person you want at your special occasion!
Varun was a delight to work with. From the first time I discussed my vision with varun till the moment he left the final venue, he was nothing but professional and passionate. He really wanted to give me a special memory and he cares about writing your special memories in the most beautiful way, rightly the memory writers! He visited locations a day prior just to plan, he checked with me at every event whether I had any other needs- Thank you varun! You are one of the best vendors I worked with. Oh and unlike most in the industry, Varun kept his word regarding timing. Highly recommend this team and cant wait to work with them again.

Excellent work and wonderful experience!
We had a smooth and pleasant experience with Varun and team. Varun was really accommodating and open to all our concerns. They made us comfortable in front of the camera and they were prompt and on schedule. They've captured all the moments of our wedding day beautifully and beyond our expectations. They're all stunning. We also wanted to have an outdoor shoot with fall colors, and the results are exceptional.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We loved all the pictures and so did our friends and family.

Highly recommend !!
I would definitely recommend Varun and his team.They are super talented and truly made our wedding pictures so beautiful! All the pictures were candid and clicked so well. We had a simple ceremony in my aunt's backyard but Varun and his team managed to work with such a simple setting and make it look truly special ! He is very experienced and knows what he is doing !!

Extraordinarily creative and magical!
I came across The Memory Writers Canada coincidently on social media while frantically looking for a photographer for my wedding on a short notice (considering most companies are booked 6-12 months in advance). I was looking for something out of the ordinary and wanted natural coverage of the event with primarily candid photos. I strictly did not want posed photos. Varun and Rajiv captured the emotional essence of the night beyond what I had ever imagined. They captured every detail, laughter, tears, smiles, and all the good vibes! Each photo is a piece of art and I couldn't be happier with their work. We also did a pre-wedding photoshoot with this wonderful team and those photos have been extraordinarily beautiful! They are extremely creative with their shots and create magic through their lens. They truly are the memory writers for me and my family.

Great team led by Varun
Due to covid, we had to change our venue.
It was a beach resort wedding with a hundred people at max. The team did a great job covering every aspect of the intimate wedding! We were able to give them an hour for portraits during the sunrise time and they used the time really well! With a hundred things to worry about on your wedding day, they make sure photography isn’t your worry. The team is highly professional. They know exactly what they’re doing. You just have to trust them and wait a couple of weeks for the album. The output will surely speak for itself! In all, you’re in good hands. Varun was really great and made sure we were very comfortable through the shoot! :) lovely experience. Cheers!
