Professional & Amazing!

Hiring Sydney as our wedding photographer was one of the best wedding choices we made. It was easy to communicate with her prior to the day, the process was positive, and she was clearly interested in helping us make our day happy and stress free.

Sydney has a kind, warm, and overwhelmingly loving presence. I cannot stress enough how wonderful she was on our wedding day. She guided us through the wedding photo process with such ease, we had no idea what we were doing, and ended up with (if I do say so myself) STUNNING wedding photos. She captured so many little moments that we will cherish looking back on forever, and the one or two photos I wanted to make happen (inspired from my wedding Pinterest board etc.) she made them happen.

Looking through Sydney's wedding portfolio you will see captured moments of love, warmth, and happiness. That is what she will bring to your special day. I would work with Sydney again in a second, and would recommend her to anyone on their wedding day.

Amazing experience

We are so grateful that we had Sydney take our engagement and wedding photos. She is so talented and an amazing beatiful person! We had so much fun on our engagement photoshoot. This was our first time in front of the camera and Sydney made us feel so comfortable and at ease. It felt like we were taking photos with a good friend.
We ended up having to change our wedding plans a lot throughout the year because of Covid but Sydney was super flexible and was there for us throughout everything. We were blown away when we got our wedding photos back. They are so beautiful and we are unbelievably happy with them. We've loved being able to look back at that day and reminise about all the small intimate moments that Sydney captured that we didn't even think of! There are beautiful candid moments along with more posed ones. Sydney documented our day so perfectly and we are incredibly grateful!

Incredible

Aw Sydney! She captured the moments that will forever be cherished on one of the best, and busiest days of our lives. The day that has somehow slipped by us way too fast, and now can only be revisited through our memories & photos that were taken.
She captured it all. Every moment, so beautifully.

As we (often) reflect on the photographs, and the memories they provoke, we realize that one of the greatest gifts we received that day was the moments captured when we were busy enjoying the moment. Only an incredible photographer like Sydney can give you that!

I am an extroverted introvert, a nature lover, a sensitive soul and the first to appreciate some great window light.

I am shaped by my mom’s gift for finding beauty anywhere she goes.

I am influenced by my dad’s ability to make others feel comfortable and at ease.

I have a deep appreciation for the way love shows up in many different forms throughout our lives.

I firmly believe that love should be celebrated in the big moments and in the little moments.

For me, photography is about creating, supporting and documenting authentic connections between people; these connections exist between humans who are being photographed together, and between me and the humans I am photographing. I’m not just in this for the pretty photos. I’m in this for the moments of “you too?? I thought I was the only one!!” and the moments of empowerment that are created by vulnerability, honesty and acceptance. I am an individual who values the beauty in every person I meet, and I chase after opportunities to let that beauty shine. I want to capture the way that experiences feel, not just the way they look.
