I can't say enough about my experience with Salina and her team. It was so comfortable having her there with her relaxed nature and great sense of humour. I gave her a budget and she put the perfect package together for us. She brought out the best in my husband and me as well as our family members who all commented on how much they enjoyed meeting her. Salina has many hidden skills that she brings out just when you need them. Corset lacing, bustling up, bustle down, pinning corsages to name a few. Just when we thought we were stuck on something we would turn to Salina and came through! We liked her the first time we met her and through our engagement shoot but she really shone on our wedding day. Highly recommended! -

We got married in the fall of 2020 and Salina took both our engagement photos as well as our wedding day photos. 2020 threw many curve balls into our plans and Salina was patient and accommodating through it all. She was extremely supportive, kind, and flexible.
Our wedding was a morning wedding and Salina and her assistant arrived first thing in the morning. Her humour and positivity made all of us feel calm! She is able to make you relax and was able to make even the most camera shy family members feel at ease.
The photos are incredible! They exceeded all expectations. The photos captured the fun and relaxed spirit of our day and will by treasured by us.
Salina was also extremely helpful on the day of the wedding. She noticed when certain things (i.e. the aisle runner) were not put out by the venue and took it upon herself to set it up. She and her team helped with so many different things beyond the photography that day, we cannot thank you enough!
We will be asking Salina to take photos for us in the future! -

As a bride, I feel that her photos made me look beautiful - she captured the spirit of the event, she highlighted my favourite aspects of my outfit, hair, and flowers. She went far beyond that, however: her pictures show how happy my husband and I are, how much fun the guests are having, how much our parents and friends are celebrating. She captured the scenery, the details, and the laughter. We will look back to these photos for years to come and feel the joy and happiness and excitement that Salina's photography portrays so beautifully. However, there is so much more to working with Salina than just the photos!! She came early, prepared for everything; she knew how to do everything - from last minute alterations to route planning. She helped my mother get dressed; she helped me get contact lens solution that I didn't think to bring; she was the only one who had space for my lipstick and deodorant; she knew where to find a cab. When I shot my first wedding over 16 years ago, I fell in love with wedding photography. It wasn't just that I got to be all different kinds of photographers at once. It wasn't even the challenge and demand of being creative in the moment while getting a room full of people to go along with my crazy ideas. It was the love between the couples and their families. It was the genuine emotions throughout the day that fueled me to continue to pick up my camera and capture timeless images for my couples.
I arrive to most weddings with a coffee in hand, ready to capture the details. I leave most weddings more excited than I arrived, raving about the amazing images we created and how amazing the people were. Before we (as a team) leave for the night, we always make sure we take some time to dance and have fun at the wedding. It may be silly, but its something we all look forward to!
When I started this business almost two decades ago, I never dreamed that I would have the most amazing team of photographers to work with. From my assistant to second shooters to other lead photographers in the company, every single person is extremely talented and fun to be around. They are dedicated to getting the shot, no matter what tree we have to climb or what puddle we lie down in to capture a reflection. This is what I adore about the people I am lucky enough to train and work with.
I look forward to meeting with couples. I love hearing about the proposal so please don't forget to tell me the story. It always warms my heart to hear how people chose to be together and start their love story. I am a cheesy romantic at heart.
