  A pleasure to work with and amazing photos!

  Steph and Shaun were amazing to work with for both our engagement and wedding photos. They ensured they were familiar with the areas we were interested in having our photos taken and scouted them out ahead of time to find the best spots for shooting. They each bring a unique style while taking photographs and we feel very lucky to have had them capture our wedding day.

  Beautiful Wedding Photos!

  Shaun and Stephanie Scade such beautiful posed and candid photos at our wedding. We are so happy that we decided to hire the Scades. We love our photos and are so grateful that we were able to book them for our special day. Shaun and Stephanie are so kind and professional, it was a pleasure working with them.

  Professional and comfortable

  Scade photography made our day perfect. They were professional, they were unobtrusive, they were super friendly and made everybody feel relaxed. They were very flexible with their shooting schedule especially when we had small children starting to melt down. They were great and they were fun. If you want some amazing photo journalism for your wedding day I highly recommend this team.

  Best decision we made!

  We were so thankful to have Scade as our photographers. We were married on a cold January day but that didn’t deter our photographers from capturing some the best winter wonderland memories for us. They were also so patient with our large family and made sure none of our requested group photos were missed. Having Scade photograph our wedding was the best decision we made!

  Don’t do it!

  Scade never provided all of the services that were supposed to be in my package and when I asked for them to make it right they offered bullshit that I didn’t want (like wall art). Very, very disappointed and out thousands.

  From our Engagement Photos to our Wedding Photos, Scade Photography was amazing. They made the trip down to Calgary for our Engagement shoot and worked around our hectic schedules. The day of our wedding was absolutely stress free, they knew exactly what type of photos we were looking for and shot a variety for us to choose from. We loved the candid shots they took at our reception, it's amazing to look back and see pictures of our guests who helped us celebrate that day.

  From our Engagement Photos to our Wedding Photos, Scade Photography was amazing. They made the trip down to Calgary for our Engagement shoot and worked around our hectic schedules. The day of our wedding was absolutely stress free, they knew exactly what type of photos we were looking for and shot a variety for us to choose from. We loved the candid shots they took at our reception, it's amazing to look back and see pictures of our guests who helped us celebrate that day.

  We planned our wedding from out of town, and I really appreciated how accommodating the Scades were. They answered all our questions promptly and were able to work around our limited schedule.

  I can't recommend Scade Photography enough! Echoing other reviews, Steph and Shaun were professional and delivered great photos. I actually just emailed Steph the other day to say that months later, after seeing some friends' wedding photos and looking back at our photo book, my husband and I are even more pleased with how everything turned out.
  
  Some notes worth sharing: you get two professional photographers for your wedding (rather than 1 pro and 1 assistant), they are discreet yet manage to somehow be in so many places to take all sorts of shots, the 'formal' photos look great (nice balance between the kind of photos you give to family and the shots that are more artistic/contemporary), TONS of photos of everyone else, and of you and your husband/wife with everyone else. You can tell they take tons of photos and go through them to make sure they've captured the moment AND have people looking their best (ie. people with full smiles, eyes open, no weird gestures/facial expressions). They're also great at listening to, and delivering, the kind of photos you want.
  
  For my husband and I the day was so special because of all the family and friends that we shared the day with - Scade Photography absolutely captured that in the numerous photos they took.
  
  For anyone that likes what they see on the Scade website/blog definitely set up a meeting with them - I'm sure you'll be pleased!

  We were extremely pleased with the service and product from Scade Photography. We were 'sold' on the Scades immediately after checking out their website which is an accurate showcase of their skills. Shaun and Stephanie were very personable, which made our engagement session and wedding photos so comfortable. They even made the trip out to our home in Sylvan Lake from Edmonton for our engagement photos. We completely trusted them every step of the way - the end result was amazing. We continue to follow their blog and will very likely contact them for the next big milestones in our lives.
