When we first booked this company, we were impressed with the level of service and professionalism. Unfortunately, our experience after signing the contract was the complete opposite.
Just a few days before our wedding, we still did not have a videographer assigned. One was finally assigned only three days before the wedding, which left no opportunity for a proper meeting or preparation – only a short phone call. This last-minute arrangement caused unnecessary stress during what should have been an exciting time.
Communication throughout the entire process has been extremely poor and slow. The deadline for delivering our photos was set for today, yet we have not received anything. Given that it is Sunday, it is very unlikely that the agreed timeline will be met.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. Emails are not responded to in a timely manner, expectations were not managed, and commitments have not been fulfilled. For a service as important as a wedding, reliability and communication are essential, and unfortunately this company has failed to deliver on both -

The whole team of coordinator (Rachel Perera), photographers (Lauren and Hannah), and videographer (Ken), were a pleasure to work with. They really focused on client experience which I sincerely appreciate. Rachel had constant touch points to gauge how I was feeling and the timelines for planning. The whole team were accommodating, flexible, professional and went to great lengths to ensure we captured all the precious moments of our wedding. My wife and I hired Photokings.ca as our wedding photographer in Edmonton. The experience was great!
They were able to capture all the special moments, from the first look to the last dance, and they made sure to get plenty of shots of everyone looking great. The photographers were super friendly and easy to work with, so we had no trouble getting them where they needed to be or keeping them on track with what we wanted. They were very flexible and professional, which made it easy for us to relax and enjoy our big day!
