For a bride-to-be like me, the photographer is one of the most priorities in the list. Seeing Lushana's portfolio, which it showcases how she beautifully captures the big moments in a wedding, my fiance and I decided to hire her to our most important moment of our lives.

On our first meeting, we knew right away that we found the perfect photographer. She was very professional and right to the point. On top of that, she was very kind, generous, and accommodating to our request for an out-of-the town engagement session. She was willing to travel to Banff, Alberta for us without extra charges (as said in the contract). Also, She provided us so many choices and there was no pressure at all. She gave us pieces of advice what to wear and not wear so the photos would look great.

On the day of our engagement photo shoot/session, we were very unlucky that we were on the worst day of the wildfire happening in BC. Meeting us right on time, Lushana showed how reliable she was despite the situation (The smoke was so thick that we have to travel two hours just to get the best view). We saw right there how Lushana was so caring for her clients and how professional she was. Also, she offered another session (no charges) if the photos did not come out good because of the smoke.

During the session, my fiance (a camera shy) and I never felt awkward, pressured or embarrassed. Lushana (and Dave) made sure we were comfortable with the camera and directed us just be ourselves. Surprisingly, my fiance enjoyed the shoot and was very comfortable towards the camera (thanks to Lushana!). Also, Lushana endured the mosquito bites, the heat coming from the smoke, and the traveling beyond the border to capture the best shots.

Above all, the photos turned out very dreamy and surreal!! If this happened on my engagement photo shoot and photos, how much more on our wedding day! If you are looking for a photographer who is very talented, reliable, caring, accommodating, patient, generous, and professional, Lushana is the best!

I found Lushana on Instagram..I was just cruising through photos, and I liked one of hers..clicked, then clicked some more! She was she second vendor we booked actually.. I wanted to snag her up fast! And we did! We met with her, she showed us her work & talked about what we wanted.. I didn't need to meet with anyone else...She was our girl! Communication was fast & easy before the wedding. We met up again to do a walk through the venue, which was really great. I cannot say enough great things about Lushana ( & David ). Super professional, kind and the USB comes in an amazing wooden box ! Our photos are out of this world...I cannot wait to print some & get them on our walls! ..But, what ones to choose?! Lushana is an incredible photographer that I highly recommend to anyone getting married in Canada (or even international -I know she does those weddings as well!).

From my engagement photos to my wedding day photos, Lushana was on the ball from start to finish. When I was nervous for the engagement photos, she helped me figure out the best kind of outfit to wear and the best way to pose naturally; when the engagement session got rained out, she was quick to re-schedule and keep things calm and clear! She was such a professional, and I'm so glad we booked with her!

Seriously, the wedding was a dream come true -my head was in the clouds just focusing on my new husband, but Lushana captured every moment...I know she did because within two days she had 10 sneak peek images ready for us, and they're all gorgeous!!! Even something as simple as cutting the cake, which I have no experience doing on camera before, she was able to arrange us perfectly without ever being pushy or making anyone uncomfortable! She's just the best, I can't say it enough!

Her prices are extremely reasonable; we booked the engagement + 6 hour wedding photo package and were more than happy with the price and results. She's super popular so book early, and it will be worth it!!!!

Lushana was a very professional and responsible wedding photographer, she helped with my wedding day schedule as well in order to capture the best light of the day. My husband and I live in Toronto, and were planning a wedding in his hometown - a remote village in Greece. I stumbled across Lushana's ad on my Facebook feed, and I immediately fell in love with her photography style, which is a combination of fine art, photojournalism, and editorial. I love the way Lushana uses natural light in her work, and creates such romantic and candid images. I hit the jackpot when I found out that Greece was on her list of personal travel destinations, and she wasn't going to charge me for any extra travel or accommodation expenses. She was the first photographer I looked at, and I didn't hesitate to book her to capture our big day.

Lushana was very professional and quick with her responses. She was really helpful in the planning process of the schedule for the day. She worked with me to make sure the schedule would incorporate the best lighting (around sunset) for the photo sessions after the ceremony. My husband and I didn't want to miss cocktail hour, so she worked with us to make sure we would miss as little as possible.

We booked Lushana for an "engagement session" (it was actually just after our City Hall wedding). Lushana suggested this, as we would become more comfortable in front of the camera for the big day. I'm glad we did this, as my husband and I are not photogenic. Being someone with great attention to detail, I really appreciated Lushana's - she gave directions on how exactly to pose (where to put our hands, how to stand, where to look, and even adjusted my ring and hair!). I'm so glad she did this, as the photos came out great! Despite Lushana specializing in outdoor and natural environments, my husband and I really wanted our photos to be in the city, as this is where we met. She really accommodated us, and I love how the photos turned out.

Lushana arrived in the village in Greece a day before the wedding, and scoped out the venue to familiarize herself with the layout. The day of the wedding, Lushana and Dave (her assistant and husband) were quick, and at times, I didn't even realize they were there. They captured all the moments of the day perfectly, and captured moments, that we didn't even have a chance to witness. The wedding day was hectic and not everything went as planned, but Lushana was very flexible, and accommodating.

Lushana even offered us an additional photo session after the wedding just for fun!

We received the wedding photos online in a private gallery just after five weeks after the wedding. Shortly after, we also received our printed wedding photos in a cute engraved wooden box, along with a matching USB, as well as some handmade chocolate!

We couldn't be happier with our photos, and our experience with Lushana and Dave. We would definitely recommend Lushana as your engagement and wedding photographer!

We're extremely glad we were able to have Lushana (and Dave) take our wedding photos! A friend recommended Lushana and I immediately loved the aesthetic and style of her photography - especially for a more outdoorsy wedding. We loved the option to choose services 'a la carte' to make sure we got exactly what we needed from the day. Lushana was very helpful with suggestions for how best to schedule our wedding day, and gave lots of guidance as needed when we were in the planning stages. On the day of she was very efficient, which allowed us more time with our guests. She was also very flexible when weather got in the way of some of our plans. Lushanas photos were so amazing.. She has such a great eye for everything. We had our engagement shoot with her as well as the wedding day and she will take the extra time to scope out the destination to make sure she gets the shots she wants.. Which is all amazing. I fully trusted her with all her shot ideas and it was great and we'll worth it.. I loved all my photos and she is prompt with response and editing and the final product.

When we started looking for a photographer in the GTA, we knew we wanted someone who shoots with an "editorial" style and someone who was in it for creating quality art. When we saw Lushana's portfolio we knew she fit exactly what we were looking for - and the fact that she dabbles in film photography was an extra plus!

Lushana was very easy to work with before and during the wedding. She has an eye for fine-detail which really captured all of the small details and beautiful moments in our wedding. She was also very quick editing and returning them to us, despite having a very busy wedding season!

We really loved the presentation of the final prints (they come with a custom box) and the custom USB key with our photos. We're excited to choose some photos to have framed in our home. Overall, we would absolutely recommend Lushana for your special day! You won't be disappointed!

We immediately fell in love with Lushana's photography style and after reading her amazing reviews we were so excited to have her as our photographer for our wedding day. When covid hit, Lushana was extremely professional, helpful and quick to respond throughout the multiple postponements. We ended up deciding to elope on our original wedding date, and we couldn't have asked for better photos to remember that day. Lushana and her husband Dave (who assists Lushana on site) are both so kind and professional - they even offered to be our 2 witnesses since covid requirements prevented us from having any friends or family.
