I could not have asked for a better experience than the one my now husband and I had with Luiza. She was amazing in every way, kind and understanding of our situation, amazing prices for such quality work and effort. She walked us through the entire process, made sure that we had fun and we didn't have to stress on the big day. Of all the vendors we used, Luiza was hands down the easiest to work with.

She met up with us on a zoom call well before the wedding to get to know us before the wedding and made sure she knew what we were looking for and expecting from the photos/what the aesthetic was so that she knew we would be happy. She made us feel at ease and made sure every moment we wanted to be captured was taken. She even traveled from Belleville to Kingston and went from getting ready with me (the bride) to an additional destination (my workplace so I could show the residents of the retirement home my dress) before even going to the ceremony, reception, and wedding party photos.

I do wish we got more wedding party photos but that is not a discredit to Luiza and more to do with the fact that we were losing light outside and our wedding party was cold. We stuck it out to get those golden hour shots and we were so in love with the photos, it's made it entirely too hard to choose which ones to get printed going forward.

Also, let me just say that she promised an amazingly fast turnaround time for return on photos and got them back WEEKS SOONER than anticipated. She also had it written into the contract that we could expect edited photos back within days after the wedding as our sneak peek before having full access to the edited album. Also, over 1,000 photos were sent my way, neatly organized by time stamp in the wedding (getting ready, ceremony, etc.). I seriously cannot stress enough how easy she made the photo experience for us, and can never thank Luiza enough for helping us capture our big day considering the time constraints we faced in planning and finding her last minute was a true blessing. We absolutely would use her services in future for whatever family photos we need! You will not regret working with her one bit.

Luiza, as a person, is one of the most genuine, kind hearted and lovely people you could imagine. I don’t have words to fully describe how incredibly talented she is. Her work is perfect every single time, each session was filled with laughter, smiles, and all around fun. We had zero experience with getting our photos taken professionally but felt so welcomed and comfortable with her. Luiza did our engagement and wedding photos. She provided breathtaking photos every time and I can’t thank her enough.
