I'm Kyra — a Calgary-based wedding photographer with a love for beautiful design, good company, and celebrations that don't end when the formalities do.

My work brings together an editorial eye and a documentary instinct. Think beautiful portraits with a little fashion influence, nostalgic candids, the in-between moments you didn't even realize were happening, and photographs that bring you right back to how it all felt.

I'm drawn to weddings that feel like the people behind them. The thoughtful details, the personal traditions, the incredible settings, the champagne-fuelled speeches, and the dance floors that stay full long after midnight. The kind of weekend where everyone you love is in one place, having the absolute best time.

I'll step in with direction when it matters, find the beautiful light, and make sure we create something extraordinary together. But just as importantly, I know when to step back, let things happen, and give you the space to actually enjoy the celebration you've spent so much time planning.

I photograph on both film and digital, with an appreciation for fashion, architecture, atmosphere, and all the little details that make a celebration distinctly yours. I love working alongside talented planners and creative teams who put so much thought into bringing these experiences to life.

Based in Calgary and available for celebrations throughout the Canadian Rockies and worldwide, I take on a limited number of weddings each year so I can give each one the attention it deserves.
