Katelyn and her secondary photographer were professional, prepared, and friendly. Katelyn maintained the timeline we had given her while also capturing all the different poses we were looking for -- and more! We received a full gallery of well-edited wedding photos that included candids, posed shots, and pictures of all the little details as well. I would absolutely recommend her services and am very happy with how she beautifully captured our big day! -

She is amazing. From start to finish. Easy going, comfortable, easy to work with. We had fun the whole time. I told her what I wanted and MAN DID SHE DELIVER. Not just for my wedding photos but the free engagement photos as well. Honestly I wouldn't go to anyone else. Her prices were amazing, especially for her work. And considering the prices compared, she blows them out of the water. So glad I went with her. We got everything we wanted and more. All my friends and family love the photos (they're amazing) and I've had people tell me they regret not getting a photographer or getting a good one like mine after seeing our results!! I wanted romantic, moody, rustic. You can tell by the photos that that is just what I got... It only let me upload 20 photos. Well I had over 50 I could upload just of my husband and I, not including any other part of the wedding or the engagement photos. I told her my insecurities and she worked around it, edited what needed to be edited, and upon any request worked to deliver what I wanted. It's been over a year since my engagement session, and almost five months since my wedding and I'm always going back and admiring those photos. We had one blown up for the living room it was so gorgeous. And I've got like 20 new profile pictures on Facebook LOL. I can't say enough about her skill and charisma. If you're looking, look no further. -

We worked with Katelyn for our wedding and will recommend her to everyone we meet than needs photos done! The engagement photos were SO fun and the wedding photos were better than we could have imagined. Katelyn is so professional, quick to respond, easy going, and creative. She knows her stuff! Fantastic, fair priced,and amazing customer experience
So let me tell you a story
I decided to propose to my lovely girlfriend on trip to tofino (Vancouver island) and wanted some photos to memorize the occasion.
I was recommended Katelyn by a friend who had previously had her for a wedding. Upon looking into it I noticed she was located in edmonton. Now incase no one is aware Vancouver island and edmonton are a travel away( 24 hours if you realy follow the traffic signs)
The main reason this was a issue is cause my proposal was going to happen in roughly a 48 hour time frame.
So I scheduled a consultation with her to see if I was able to push this proposal a few days off.
Well let me tell you she not only understood my situation she was able catch the first flight down and make it for the Original scheduled date.
She not only setup a bunch of poses for us but also helped me make the moment even more special by introducing a surprise pose so I could pop the question.
Needless to say I was beyond impressed and would recommend her to anyone and can't stress enough how grateful I am for her timely response and quick service.

Katelyn was so personable and made posing easy and fun instead of forced and awkward. The whole process from booking to choosing pictures was so pleasant and easy, well except choosing pictures was difficult because they were all excellent!! Highly highly recommend Katelyn and Ember Dawn Images ! Give them a call! You won’t be disappointed! -

Katelyn is amazing, super easy to work with and captures everything you can ask for and more! I was lucky to have her capture my getting ready photos and after dinner photos and they turned out great!
