Easily the best experience with a photographer to date! Jacob is super personable and very talented at his craft. He made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience. I am so glad that I stumbled across Jacob's photography when looking for a wedding photographer. I can’t say enough about how professional he is and the quality of work that he provides. I was so pleased with my engagement session and wedding day, that I will continue to recommend him to anyone I hear ask about a photographer! Jacob is a wonderful man and truly a professional in his field. He was instantly able to make us feel comfortable and recommend great poses. Jacob has captured some captivating photographs and I will treasure them forever. I simply cannot recommend him enough. Thanks Jacob Medler Photography! -

Fantastic photographer for our wedding!
We are so happy that we chose Jacob to photograph our wedding! From the beginning, he was so easy to be around and made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. Neither of us had much experience with photoshoots or really knew how to pose, but Jacob gave us lots of direction and had so many great ideas for poses that everything felt really natural. He was also so much fun to work with, which made the whole experience even better.
We absolutely love our photos. The portraits turned out beautiful, but what really stood out to us were the candid photos and all of the little moments Jacob captured throughout the day. Looking through the gallery brought back so many memories that we honestly forgot happened, and there were definitely a few photos that made me tear up looking back at them.
One of our favourite surprises was that Jacob took Polaroids throughout the night and gave them to us afterwards. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch, and having those little physical memories from our wedding is something we’ll always appreciate.
If you’re looking for a wedding photographer who makes you feel comfortable, knows how to get those natural moments, and genuinely cares about capturing the little details and emotions of the day, we would 100% recommend Jacob. We couldn’t be happier with our photos and are so grateful we’ll have these memories to look back on for years to come! -

We truly couldn’t have asked for a better photographer for our wedding! Before booking, we were looking for someone who could capture all of the special moments throughout the day while still keeping the photos natural, candid, and true to us. We wanted someone who would make us feel comfortable in front of the camera and who could capture the emotions and little details that we might miss ourselves. His team definitely succeeded these expectations and more.
From the very beginning, we felt so comfortable and confident that we were in good hands.
We hired them for our wedding photography, and the entire experience was incredible. They were so easy to work with, professional, organized, and genuinely excited to be part of our day. They made us feel completely comfortable, helped guide us when we weren’t sure what to do, and somehow managed to capture both the big moments and all of the little in-between moments (and especially the dance floor) that made our day so special.
When we received our photos, we were on our honeymoon and to relive these moments again together while looking at the photos had us completely blown away. Every photo brought us right back to the moment, and there were so many moments we didn’t even realize had been captured. The photos are absolutely beautiful and are something we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives.
Our biggest advice to future couples would be: book them! Choosing a wedding photographer is such an important decision because your photos are what you’ll have to look back on for years to come (and this is coming from Jacob!!), and we genuinely feel like we made the best choice. If you’re looking for someone talented, kind, professional, and able to capture the feeling of your wedding day and not just what it looked like, we couldn’t recommend them enough!!! -

If you are on the fence about booking Jacob to be your wedding photographer, let this be your sign to DO IT!
Firstly, Jacob was so easy to communicate with. We never waited long for a response and he is extremely thorough with his meetings and questionaries. He is extremely professional and so easy to get along with. My husband and I both went into our wedding very uncomfortable in front of a camera. Jacob made us feel so comfortable and actually made our wedding photos feel like so much fun.
What I loved most about Jacob’s photos that made me choose him over other photographers are how authentic each photo looks, as well as the gorgeous colour grading. I cannot stand wedding photos where grass looks brown. Our photos are such a true representation of how our day felt - magical and full of love.
Brendan and I both cried watching the slide show Jacob put together and when looking through our gallery. It felt like we were reliving the best day all over again, which is exactly what you want for your wedding photos!
We both cannot recommend Jacob and his fabulous work enough!

Jacob was such a wonderful photographer for our two day wedding! We had both a Hindu and a white wedding and I highly recommend his services. From the beginning he was quick to respond, easy to get a hold of and answered all my questions. We really wanted him to capture the candid moments and natural interactions. He provided guidance but it all felt very natural. The Sneak Peaks came so quick and we really loved the photos. He was easy to work with and there was no stress around the family pictures. Jacob was very flexible with all our requests. He would be a great choice for your wedding or special occasion -

We hired Jacob for our wedding and could not have been more pleased with the experience. Jacob was so thorough in gathering info and figuring out exactly what we wanted! Jacob was also wonderful to work with and a great personality to have documenting our day! We wanted a lot of candid photos and photos that looked very natural! We are obsessed with how they turned out. We cannot recommend Jacob enough! We absolutely love all the photos we received! -

There are so many decisions that go into planning a wedding, and choosing your photographer is one of the biggest. I was looking for someone who could capture our natural selves without making everything feel too posed. When I came across Jacob’s work, it immediately matched the exact vibe we were looking for, so I reached out.
Jacob got on a call with me right away and was incredibly thorough in making sure he truly understood what we wanted. After that first conversation, I felt an instant connection, which made the decision to hire him for our big day an easy one.
From start to finish, Jacob exceeded our expectations. He went above and beyond to make everything feel seamless and was always available to answer any questions along the way. On the day of the wedding, he brought such a calm and reassuring presence. We always felt comfortable and never felt pushed to take any photos that didn’t feel right to us. He struck the perfect balance between giving direction and allowing moments to unfold naturally.
We received a generous number of sneak peeks within a week, followed by our full gallery just a month later. Going through the photos honestly brought me to tears... it felt like we were reliving the entire day all over again.

Jacob was truly a pleasure to work with. His creativity and attention to detail fit perfectly with the vision for our engagement and wedding photos. My husband and I are not the most comfortable in front of the camera but Jacob put us at ease from the moment we met him and our photos were so natural and dreamy! Jacob was easy to communicate with and accommodated our requests and schedules. Our family and friends were blown away with the final results of our photos as well.
We truly couldn’t have asked for a better photographer for our big day. -
