Jacob photographed our engagement shoot and our wedding and both were fantastic. We were both nervous in front of the camera at first but Jacob gave us good direction and made us feel comfortable. The photos turned out amazing!

Jacob went above and beyond for us on our wedding day with our wedding video. He was so helpful with planning the timeline, very detailed in his request forms, and easy to get in touch with. The day of the wedding he went out of his way to capture everything and communicate with us throughout. The wedding video was returned to us quickly and we just loved it - he really highlighted the important moments of the day and chose a beautiful track to go along with it. Very professional and friendly, cannot recommend enough!

My husband and I recently got married and had the great honour of having Jacob Medler capture our special day. We found out about Jacob Medler Photography through Wedding Shows Windsor 2021. Right from the very beginning, Jacob was a pleasure to work with. He was always very professional, easy to reach and communicate with, always up for new locations/ adventures and full of great out-of-the box suggestions. Jacob suggested Rock Glen Conservation Area for our engagement shoot, which was such a beautiful area with a waterfall, river, beautiful trails etc. Jacob’s timing, eye for lighting and natural backdrops, as well as his ability to capture beautiful candids of a very shy/ awkward-in-front-of-a-camera couple left us blown away with the results of our engagement shoot. We knew from that moment on Jacob would be the best man for the job of capturing our wedding as well.
For our wedding, Jacob took our shot list and time line and ran with it. He and his second shooter, Dominic, went above and beyond in capturing every moment and group/family photo we requested. They paid extra attention to ensure that we had very important Nigerian cultural aspects of our wedding well documented and beautifully captured. At the end of the night, when I thought they were leaving for the night, Jacob and Dominic came to pull us outside for a special photoshoot with my favorite tree, in the dark and in the light drizzle with the tree perfectly backlit, these men took some of the most breathtaking, out-of-the-box shots that immediately became our favourite photos (even without having seen them at all!). Jacob got our sneak peeks to us in no time at all and we were in awe of the photos we received! The full photo gallery, video and slideshow were made available to us wayyy soon than we expected and we were absolutely delighted with the final results of absolutely everything!!!
We cannot express enough how happy we are with Jacob and Dominic, our photos and our whole experience! Jacob demonstrates knowledge and skills beyond his years and we would HIGHLY recommend Jacob for any and all of your photography needs!

Jacob was the best wedding photographer we could have asked for! He was friendly, flexible, easy to get along with, and sent us a "sneak peek" of our wedding just days afterwards which consisted of over 20 pictures! The pictures were beautiful as well!
