I can not tell you enough about how incredible Frances is. There are honestly no words that describe how great she truly is. She is someone who you can see loves what she does and actually cares about getting you the best possible photos and her work is undoubtably the greatest. She tells you exactly what you need to do and makes you feel like your most beautiful self no matter what you are doing with her. She has great packages with a range of services offered in them and you literally can't go wrong no matter what you choose, but I highly suggest having her for as much time as you can. I can tell you even after my wedding we will be hiring her again for other things in the future just because she is that amazing. Thank you Frances for everything!

Frances is AMAZING! We worked with her on our engagement shoot and wedding. Both times Frances was very clear with her direction, she knows what looks good, she knows what photos we all want, and she takes out all the guesswork! She has such a beautiful eye for lighting, her work is moody and dramatic, journalistic, and my partner and I both love the cinematic look and feel. Frances was the first vendor we booked, and she made things a lot easier for us by offering up recommendations for other vendors she could vouch for. We always felt taken care of by Frances. Our engagement shoot photos are so so good, and we cannot wait see the wedding shots!!!!

We hired Frances for our fall 2023 wedding and she was great and was able to capture the moody vibe that we were going for! If you are looking for a great photographer, with the ability to work with the low light of a Canadian winter, then you should totally hire Frances!!

Frances’ work speaks for itself. What you see in her portfolio is what you get. Her photo-journalistic style meant she captured so many moments candidly. Every portrait was stunning. As one who doesn’t like pictures of myself, and is not up on the trendy poses (as a mature, second time bride), Frances knew how to get the right captures.

I was only disappointed in that there was only 1 photo of a special tribute chair for my Mom who had passed, and only a few of our dogs during the ceremony; both of which were requested. We also unfortunately did not have any photos of our wedding bands together in our personalized engraved box. This type of photo is something I would expect without having to make a special request. Lastly, be prepared with the right shoes if you plan to do outdoor photos in wooded areas. We had the misfortune of an especially buggy day and, as a mosquito magnet, traipsing through the woods in my bridal shoes while being bitten constantly before the ceremony added frustration on our part and cut the time out of what could have been some beautiful photos. Had we been more informed of this (the distance we’d be walking) we would have used bug spray and carried a thermacell with us, as well as wearing different shoes (since they were not seen anyway).

Overall though, we are incredibly happy with our photos, as well as the timely responses in communication with Frances.

We hired Frances to shoot our wedding reception in journalistic style. She is a lot of fun to work with and will assist you with poses as needed. We got a lot of great natural shots of our family and friends in our loft style venue with limited natural lighting. We liked them so much that we ended up printing some of our guests and sent them to them in their thank you card. They were thrilled! The photos of me and my husband turned out beautiful given the industrial environment and we had a hard time deciding which one to use for our thank you cards. If you are looking for a professional, fun, creative and talented photographer we definitely recommend reaching out to Frances.

Working with Frances was amazing. She did both our engagement photos and our wedding photos. She and her assistant, Andrew, did a great job of capturing both portraits and journalistic photos. They were both so flexible on the day as timing got away from us. They were patient as we sorted out family portraits, and even stayed on an extra hour at the end to capture the band and dancing. I can't thank Frances Morency and Andrew enough for the fabulous experience and the stellar photos!

We are absolutely in love with our photos. Frances was able to capture the magic of the day, without us even noticing. Not to mention that she made two camera shy introverts feel very comfortable. She was familiar with the venue and worked with us to ensure we captured everything we were hoping for.. Would 100% recommend.

For our wedding day we hired one of Frances’ associate photographers. What I loved about the process was Frances’ involvement from beginning to end. The associate photographer was fabulous on the day of but the constant communication with Frances before the day, and most certainly after, was so impressive. Frances does all the editing and the photos are magnificent. We’ve ordered several prints and the quality is excellent. France was available and very helpful in the ordering process and helping with creating the small album that came as part of our package. As an added bonus Frances led me to Kenzie of Kenzerama Productions who created a beautiful video of our day. Frances is a pro, she’s clearly passionate about her work, and I would highly recommend her services for your wedding day.

Frances was absolutely amazing! Very professional and on the ball. I’ve never done any kind of photography and we didn’t do an engagement shoot but her directions were fantastic. She made everything super easy and comfortable and the photos are incredible.
