  BEST Wedding Photographer

  We can't say enough good things about Tim and his team. He did our engagement and wedding photos this summer and we are soo soo happy! He is worth every dollar! He is so good at candid shots. This was a big reason we went with Tim because we don't love posed pictures and wanted to capture the real authentic moments of everyone. He was organized, kind, personable, easy to reach by text or email and got our photos back to us quickly. His editing is incredible, as it was one of the HOTTEST days of the summer and you can't tell we were sweaty messes on the day. AT ALL! So great with our family and friends. He put together a beautiful collection presentation with music that brought me to ugly happy tears, and we will go back and watch a million times over. Tim also allowed us to be creative with our engagement photos and had us on our stand up paddle boards, which is one of our favourite hobbies and so hard to get pictures when its just the two of us. We are just so happy with how our wedding day was captured. Tim and his team were able to capture before, during the ceremony, reception and some late night dancing all while not keeping us from our people for too long and we got soo soo many pictures out of it! You will not be disappointed!!!!!!

  Amazing professional service!! Would highly recommend!

  I booked and planned our wedding at Boldt Castle from where I live in Nova Scotia. I researched photographers online, and from first contact with Forbes Photography (Tim) I was impressed with their response time to emails, reasonable pricing, photo gallery online and willingness to answer all my questions. We had a truly positive experience on our wedding day with our photographer Tim and would highly recommend this company for your special day!

  Simply the best!

  -Professional in every way: communication, attire, promptness. Contracts were electronic and easy to access/sign
  
  -Friendly: the whole process was very non-intimidating
  
  -Ease: communication was prompt and I felt like I didn't need to worry about follow through. You often reached out to confirm details before I did. electronic contracts/payment was very easy
  
  -Product: fantastic. Everyone who has seen the photos has nothing but good things to say. I appreciate the mixture of styles (eg. more traditional portraits/group shots, and non-traditional storytelling)
  
  I am in love with all the photos and will treasure them for years to come.

  All you can wish for

  Absolutely amazing experience! Couldn't be happier with our photos. Tim was there to make us happy and caught so many magical moments that we didn't even realize were happening! He was so patient with disappearing (and frozen) children and got down on the floor to interact with our nieces. 100% recommended.

  For our wedding, there was nothing more important to us than having a good photographer. With his photojournalism style, Tim captured all these precious moments that sometimes lasted just a fraction of a second. Tim made us feel at ease and we would often forget he was there. We really appreciated how quickly we received our pictures and our albums. Tim’s professionalism is exemplary and he delivered above and beyond our expectations. We strongly recommend his services.

  Highly Reommend Forbes Photography

  Tim was truly amazing to work with. Neither me or my husband are from the Kingston area even though we decided to get married there, but thanks to Tim being the King of the wedding community in Kingston he recommended many of the vendors that we decided to go with for our wedding. Every one of them was amazing. He was so professional, accommodating and easy to get along with. It felt like we were old friends. We also love his approach of getting candid moments as opposed to "staged" pictures. I will forever cherish the photo of my husband and I kissing at midnight as we rang in the new year surrounded by our family and friends celebrating. Thank you Tim :)

  My husband and I chose Forbes Photographer for our wedding and it was the best choice we made. Tim is fantastic to work with. He made the whole process so easy. We love the pictures and how they tell the story of our day.

  Look no further. Tim’s your man!

  Tim is amazing. We booked him for our wedding in July 2017. Don’t bother looking anywhere else. He is incredibly professional and captures moments at the exact point they are the most special. His posed pictures, with family etc, are incredible and beautiful parts of our new home. But his most notable talent is his ability to seemingly be invisible during most of the event. So much so that we barely saw him, and wondered how he got any pictures! However, when you see the seemingly infinite deck of photos he comes up with, you’ll be blown away. He captures the most precious and meaningful moments in a beautiful and candid way. No one else does work like he does. You will NOT be disappointed, and I guarantee you will eventually write a review as glowing as this one in the future. HIGHLY recommend. Consider it a must for your wedding or event.

I felt when I looked through his photos of other's weddings I actually got to know the people in the photos. Now when I see the work he did for us, he was able to protray exactly who we are so well through our photos. They feel like us. He captured such beautiful, real moments between us, my sister and I, our families and our wedding party. We could not be more thrilled with the lifelong memory he's given us.
