Fedora Media is such a professional and comforting team. We first booked them for our November 2023 wedding in November 2022 for a "save the tax" event. Prior to signing the contract, we met with Holly over the phone. Holly is professional with such a kind hearted demeanour. Her confidence in her team and their protocols made us feel so at ease. She helped us pick our package based on our itinerary and needs, not as a sales pitch. Their value in comparison to the preferred vendors for Cambridge Mill was amazing.
Part of our package included a google map with all the locations they have shot at and example photos so you can gauge what type of photos you can get. This was so helpful. We met with Trent (owner & main photographer) for the engagement shoot and he matched Holly's energy, professional and kind. He definitely helped us as we were kind of nervous at the beginning and needed help with poses.
THE WEDDING - Our package included a second photographer (Blake). We had Trent meet with the girls and Blake meet with the boys and all met up for a first look. The team provides many tools prior to the wedding for planning the day and what types of photos you are looking for. 2 weeks prior to our wedding, our schedule of the wedding day changed. Trent jumped on a phone call with us to talk it out to rearrange their timing and was very accommodating and quick to come up with a solution.
These individuals are quick with communication, clear in their instructions/needs from client and are fun to work with. I would recommend them over and over.Fedora Media's reply:

Great people, great work!
I am honestly so happy after working with Fedora Media! I had to move my wedding date and my first photographer could no longer be there. I was desperately reaching out to a bunch of different places and Fedora Media got back to me the same day I filled out the online form. Holly on the admin side of things is always so kind and responsive to emails. Our photographer Trent is AMAZING! He is super friendly and easy to work with, he captured all the important moments that I wanted and then some! He found some really nice locations for photos that even I didn’t see when doing a walk through. The price is very reasonable when compared to other places and the quality of work is unreal!! They even have a drone for some really amazing pictures. 10/10 would recommend!!Fedora Media's reply:

Contacted Fedora Media to take photos at our wedding at Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory.
When I first spoke to Holly, I knew I wanted to hire her team right away. They were the first and only vendor I spoke with. Holly and her team knows the space very well and knew that with a greenhouse, you had to acclimate the camera. Holly is alao very kind, organized and easy to talk to! I told her I was a bit nervous when I last spoke to her and she put me at ease which was very nice.
Trent, our photographer, was so easy to work with! I’m so sorry I left him in the cold for a few minutes when he showed up at 6am 😅 but he was a trooper and ran around taking all the great shots that he did. He and my matron of honour Nancy worked closely together to get all the shots we wanted and she said he was amazing to work with.
We just saw some of our sneak peeks and they are amazing! So happy with them and can’t wait to see the rest!
Hindsight is 20/20 and we now kind of wish we had a small videographer to capture the day so if you’re thinking of hiring anyone, hire Fedora Media for photos and video!

Working with Trent, Holly, and Kyra was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! My husband and I are both camera shy, and from the get go Trent did an amazing job at making us feel comfortable with him. The style of photography was absolutely beautiful, and we can't wait to see how our final wedding photos turned out. If they're anything like our previews and our engagement shoot, we're in for a treat.
Fedora Media often offers deals based on preferred vendors and deals to get access to things like a guest book, which were amazing as well. People loved going through our engagement shoot in our guest book and signing, and being able to do that was a real treat!
We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a photographer in the area.

I was going to wait till after our wedding to write this review but I couldn't wait! From the beginning of wedding planning high quality photography and video were one of our must haves, Fedora Media HAS NOT DISAPOINTED. Our experience with Fedora Media has been amazing every single step of the way! Starting with Holly recognizing me following an event on Instagram and reaching out to say hello. Then on the day of our engagement shoot where Trent made sure we got a parking spot at a crazy busy beach in the middle of July because he knew how important the location was to us. Every single event we see them at they are always excited to see us (and obviously were excited to see them too)! When I had made a mention of an idea for our wedding video they scheduled a 1.5 hour call with us 4 MONTHS PRIOR to the wedding! Fedora truly gets our personalities and our vision for our wedding media. They continue to impress and make it feel like we are spending time with friends rather than a hired vendor. I truly cannot say enough things about Fedora, and look forward to not only working with them for our wedding but all the big millstones in our lives together.

We hired Fedora Media to do our family photos. We have 4 young kids, and as soon as Trent showed up, I knew I could relax. He was patient and was more than happy to go at our pace. My kids fell in love with him. He was also game for all my ideas, and the photos were incredible! Holly was a dream to work with and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable! All of our photos turned out amazing and we were super happy with the entire experience. One aspect we really appreciated (and didn't ask for/didn't even think of) is that photos were taken of guests while watching the speeches/during dinner, so there were photos of guests smiling, laughing and sometimes crying which they really appreciated and we really liked to look back on.Fedora Media's reply:
