As a former photographer, I knew from the beginning that choosing the right wedding photographer would be one of the most important decisions of the entire planning process. From the moment I found Alina, I could tell she had an incredible eye for weddings — and I’m so glad we booked her (a year and a half out, no less!).

Throughout the entire lead-up to the big day, Alina was not only professional and organized, but warm, responsive, and so easy to communicate with. I always felt like I could reach out with questions — big or small — and she was there with helpful guidance every time.

On the wedding day itself, she was phenomenal. She made our families and wedding party feel completely at ease, which I honestly think is one of the most underrated and important things a photographer can bring to the table. She’s calm, confident, and quietly brilliant at what she does.

Alina truly understands how to photograph women in a way that’s flattering, natural, and empowering — something not every photographer can do. As someone who is quite picky with photos (again, former photographer here!), I was completely blown away by her work. It felt like a real creative partnership.

We went to Mint Room Studios for portraits, where Alina shoots frequently, and it was such a fun, relaxed experience. Then we headed downtown for urban shots, and again, she shined. Her range — from studio to city streets — is impressive, and her work across both felt effortless.

Our full wedding album was ready in under three weeks (!), which was unbelievably fast — and the quality was absolutely beautiful. There were so many images, and I felt so confident and radiant in all of them. She truly captured every emotion and detail of the day.

I would recommend Alina a thousand times over. Talented, kind, professional, and a joy to be around. Incredible value for money, too. If you’re lucky enough to snag her for your date — do it!
