Chantal is a small wedding (sometimes called tiny or initimate wedding) and elopement photographer based in both the Niagara and Waterloo Region serving all of Ontario. She is available for destination weddings across Canada and some international destinations (if you are Canadian citizen).
Chantal's photography style is all about emotions and movement, capturing moments you can revel in. Chantal focuses on getting moments; from the details to the candids, from a couple posed shots for the family, to those moments of real emotion for you to treasure. She wants you to revel in the photos and the memories for a lifetime.
Chantal's photography style comes from her background in fine art film photography with a focus on light, shadows and using them within the storytelling of your day. Chantal's editing style is a combination of true to colour with an air of moodiness. Chantal's goal is to work with you to tell your story throughout the experience using a combination of fine art influence with a documentary storytelling heart.

Chantal Davidson Photography specializes in small weddings, elopements and couple sessions. Couple Sessions can be engagement sessions, anniversary sessions, in-home sessions, maternity photos or adventure sessions. Chantal is all about photographing people in love in different stages of life and their relationship.
She provides high-resolution photos via an online gallery. Clients can order USBs, prints, albums and canvas.

Since you are basically hiring me to stalk you, you might want to know a bit about myself. Besides the fact that I am a Kitchener + Niagara Wedding Elopement Photographer.
I want to help you see yourselves as individuals and as a couple. I want to get to know you! This means that yes, I will take photos of you, BUT I also want to get to know you. So when we meet up, have a drink, get our exploring I ask you about your lives together. Like an investigator, think Veronica Mars, but my goal is to get to know you so I can photograph you better. I want you to feel GOOD, like dang this experience was amazing and I haven’t even seen the photos yet. I care about you, and I have your back!
I am a photographer that loves to capture people's love stories, from the engagement to the wedding day, the adventure sessions to the anniversary sessions and those maternity photos, documenting people's love stories is not only a passion but a great honour.
I am addicted to coffee and most days you can find me trying out new cafes to add to my list of favourites or trying out making cold brew coffee to bring along on wedding days. When I am not working on my business, I am usually dreaming of my next travel adventure (and the landscape photographs that I will take), snuggling my dog, exploring new hiking spots for future adventure sessions and drinking wine while catching up on tv. I love figuring out new gluten-free recipes and finding restaurants that I can eat at (joys of being celiac).
