I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience with Babylon Decor so others know what to expect.

Unfortunately, the quality of the décor provided for my wedding was extremely disappointing. What we were shown and promised during our meetings was completely different from what was delivered on the actual day. The décor pieces were small, cheap-looking, and in some cases dirty, which was unacceptable for such an important occasion. It looked nothing like the samples or photos they used to sell us their service.

We had high expectations, and we trusted them to deliver — but they simply did not. This last-minute letdown caused a lot of stress, and there was no proper apology or solution offered.

I wouldn’t recommend Babylon Decor based on my experience. When it comes to your wedding, you want to feel confident that what you’re promised is what you’ll receive — unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.

Babylon did a great job in making our vision a reality. The only problem we had was that the two candelabras that we had were meant for the two family tables; the one made it to the family table the other didn’t and was on a guest table. We also thought that the centre pieces that we chose would’ve been different size however they weren’t. Our candle wall was devine and our cake table was absolutely beautiful! Otherwise Babylon was very responsive and they made our dreams come true!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE- AVOID THIS COMPANY

This décor company is a complete scam. They overpromise and underdeliver in every possible way. My wedding was in the summer, but I waited till now to post so I could post professional pictures of some of their imperfections.

They were 1 hour late to finish my church décor, and they did a terrible job. Their swagging was a disaster- uneven, full of gaps and falling apart halfway through the ceremony. It was an embarrassment and ruined the atmosphere and my wedding pictures.

Their chairs are a joke- most of them were broken and expensive. To top it all off, they placed a runner with a roller still attached, creating a massive safety hazard for everyone attending and, of course, the bride!!

I strongly discourage anyone from using this decor company. This company is unprofessional, careless and a complete waste of money. Save yourself the frustration on your wedding day and avoid them at all costs.

Babylon wedding services is amazing. I used them for decor and they have a huge variety of things that you can see in store to get a feel for what you are actually going to pick! Very happy with their work.

Warning: Our anticipated dream wedding turned into a harrowing ordeal with Babylon Decor. After meticulously finalizing details with Rafi, the owner, and sealing the deal with a contract and deposit, the unraveling began. A visit to their office weeks before the wedding exposed discrepancies – elements promised at a specific price were suddenly deemed additional expenses. Attempts to reason with Rafi's sister resulted in rude dismissals and gaslighting.

Desperate for clarity, we contacted Rafi, only to face an unexpected hostile attitude. Instead of addressing our concerns, he repeatedly interrupted, making us feel insignificant. Requesting time to review the contract, Rafi left us emotionally drained, promising to get back to us. The silence that followed left us feeling betrayed and insecure about entrusting Babylon with our special day.

Attempting to cancel our booking and explain our reservations, Rafi's response was far from understanding. His yelling and refusal to acknowledge any fault left me, the bride, in tears, shattered by the unexpected hostility. Efforts to recover our deposit proved futile as Babylon Decor conveniently ignored our calls, messages, and emails. Exercise extreme caution before considering them for your event.

Highly highly recommend. We have been trying to get married since 2020. When pandemic hit everything was a mess. Trying to rescheduled not knowing what the future would hold, not knowing if vendors would have our new date. To our surprise, Rafi and team pulled through. They followed our entire journey with no hesitations, no price increases just amazing customer service. I can’t say enough good things about Babylon. When we finally got to say “I do” just a few weeks ago, they set up our hall. The decor was beautiful. They listened to everything we wanted. It brought the whole celebration together. Thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You don’t know how much it means to us that you went above and beyond to help us get to the final destination. We are forever grateful. We will definitely use you again for our future celebrations.

They are a very busy company, but that has to tell you something! Their prices were way more reasonable then many others I got quotes for. They delivered! Beautiful set up, beautiful flowers and decor.
They came to tear down right away and did it fast!

Overall the photographer took a lot of photos to capture every moment. He was very nice and respectful and was finding the best areas to take photos even though it was raining
