"Located in London, Ontario, Arthur Korbiel Photography is owned and operated by the talented photographer Arthur Korbiel. Arthur’s relationship with photography started in high school in 1996, during a communications class in which he was thrilled with the experience of running around, clicking photos, and developing them in a darkroom. He combines his knowledge of contemporary and photojournalistic styles of photography with an artistic and candid approach to seize the drama, intimacy, and feelings of your wedding day. Arthur personally likes black and white photos because he believes that they allow him to render his subjects with timeless beauty. He strives to capture all the small details of your big day through emotion, spontaneity, and light.

Experience

Arthur enjoys shooting sports photography and had the incredible experience of working for the 2010 Olympics. Since then, he has attended various courses and workshops for wedding and event photography. He holds memberships in the NAPP (National Association of Photoshop Professionals) and WPPI (Wedding & Portrait Photographers International).

Arthur employs non-formulaic and dynamic style to seamlessly meld creative, off-camera flash with beautiful natural light. Clients can expect to receive around 500-800 images in six to eight weeks. The photographer retouches images using colour and tonal correction. Special edits are also done at Arthur's discretion. He always carries backup cameras, lenses, and lighting as a protection against gear failure. In addition to this, he also reserves your images on three hard drives.
