Vows by Judy. Judy Wiltse has been voted Best Wedding Officiant again by Avenue Magazine for 2025. This is her second win in three years and she has been a runner up three times in the last five years. She specializes in officiating civil wedding ceremonies for couples in Calgary and the surrounding area. Judy has been a Marriage Commissioner appointed by the government of Alberta siince 2015. Judy has different rates for wedding ceremonies that are in Calgary, Banff, Canmore or Kananaskis and surrounding areas. The ceremony rates include:

• Initial consultation
• Collaboration with couple to customize marriage ceremony
• Assistance with writing vows (if needed)
• Officiating the marriage ceremony
• Civil marriage statement
• Submission of completed marriage licence to Alberta Vital Statistics
• Follow-up with couple after the wedding day
