As part of the FSEV (Fraternité Sacerdotale Des Enfants du Verseau), I am licensed by the état civil of Quebec to legally and spiritually seal your vow of lifelong love. After officiating his brother's wedding as a one-day officiant, Stefano became inspired to officiate weddings on a permanent basis, and joined the FSEV to pursue his goal to celebrate love, and play a role in your big day.
