Over 15 years ago, I married the love of my life at my grandparents' cottage. My bride and her bridesmaids arrived by boat, and on the deck, surrounded by family and friends, we declared our love and commitment. No church, no prayers—just a heartfelt ceremony that was perfect for us.
Thanks to the trailblazing efforts of Humanist Canada, couples across Ontario now have the same freedom to enjoy non-religious weddings that are both beautiful and meaningful.
