I have been a Marriage Commissioner for many decades. I am a Commissioner because I enjoy the Involvement. If people cannot pay, that's not a problem for me, as I believe in the power of the married unit. The power of two souls finding each other, making the commitment for life. Personally, I don't know how it works, but after almost 60 years of marriage, it works.
