We were very happy with our experience. From the beginning, Karen responded to my calls and questions promptly and was always available when I needed guidance. She encouraged us to think about our ceremony in ways I hadn't considered and offered thoughtful insight that helped shape it into something even more meaningful. The ceremony felt personal, authentic and perfectly suited to us as a couple. We are incredibly grateful for her role in our special day and would highly recommend her to any couple looking for an officiant who is thoughtful, attentive, an genuinely invested in creating a memorable ceremony. -

Highly recommend
We wanted a very small and intimate ceremony and we are so so grateful for the care and consideration that went into it! Karen provided such a heartfelt and beautiful speech before our vows and it could not have been more perfect! She was receptive and accommodating to all our ideas. With mobility challenges I was worried about how much I would enjoy the ceremony; but Karen and Nickel City Ceremony came right to our home making it a day to remember and cherish. I would not change a thing about the process and the outcome and would highly recommend!Nickel City Ceremonies's reply:

An excellent officiant!
Karen performed a beautiful ceremony and made our day even more memorable. She was interested in getting to know us as a couple and personalized the ceremony so it suited exactly what we wanted. We would highly recommend her! -

Karen made our ceremony feel so special! With it being our special day, there was a lot of anxiousness about the day to come.. as I walked in for my big walk down the isle, Karen’s calm and professional presence set a beautiful tone for our moment! She included some things about us in her speech and shared some things about the symbolism of our union.. everything was perfect! She also made time for a blanket ceremony to take place and then sealed our ceremonies with our first kiss. Karen is amazing at what she does and we 100% recommend using her for your wedding officiant! I’d also like to add she had a few jokes that were perfect to connect everyone in the room -

My Wedding Officiant
We couldn’t have asked for a better officiant! She went above and beyond to make our day truly special, from her warmth and professionalism to the personal touches that made the ceremony feel so meaningful. Everything about the experience felt seamless, caring, and joyful. We’re so grateful for her kindness and the effort she put into making our day perfect. Highly recommend!

Our Enchanted Wedding
I contacted Karen the first time in February, on our first conversation I knew she was the right one to have at my wedding. She made a love story based on our personal answers and made it sweet and powerful, with some humor, it was a 1 in a million chance to make a ceremony amazing, and I definitely got the 1 in a million from Karen. She communicated with us through email and made sure we were all good, not nervous and was very reassuring and let us know she was there if we needed anything. She let us know before she was on her way to the venue and met with both of us individually before the ceremony. She was very flexible with minor changes and super sweet.
Do not hesitate book her now!!!!!!!!

Everything was Great!!
From the very first moment we connected, I knew we were in the right hands. Our officiant didn’t just perform a ceremony they created a sacred, warm, and unforgettable experience that we will cherish for the rest of our lives.
What touched me most was the way they carried such a genuine spirit of love, patience, and grace. Every word spoken felt intentional and heartfelt, reminding us that this was more than just a formal process it was the beginning of a covenant. The balance of professionalism and warmth was perfect; it felt deeply personal, yet beautifully organized.
Throughout the process, they were supportive, kind, and attentive, making sure every detail was understood and respected. On the big day, their calm presence put us at ease, and the way they guided the ceremony made everything flow seamlessly. Family and friends are still telling us how meaningful and touching the service was.
We are so grateful that they were the one to stand with us as we said our “I do’s.” They went above and beyond, and I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone seeking not just an officiant, but someone who truly honors the sacredness of marriage.
Thank you for being such a beautiful part of our story we will always remember the role you played in making our day extraordinary. -

Do not go anywhere else!
Karen was absolutely amazing! Our ceremony was short and sweet unlike those Ceremonies you feel like is never ending. She adjusted based off our requests and added some personal touches. She stayed in contact with us and made the process easy. After all was done and over with, she helped guide us on what needs to be done. I would get married again just to have her! 10/10! Been recommending her to everyone I know!
