A Wonderful and Memorable Marriage Registration Experience.

Working with the marriage registrar was an excellent experience. She was professional, courteous, and very supportive throughout the entire process. All procedures were explained clearly, and the registration was completed smoothly without any stress. Her friendly approach made the day even more special and comfortable for us. We truly appreciate her efficiency, guidance, and dedication in making everything perfect. Highly recommended service always.

Sweet, flexible and absolutely amazing!

Karen was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet, kind, and incredibly flexible throughout the entire process. She made our small, intimate wedding feel just as special and meaningful as a big celebration. Her warmth and genuine care helped make our ceremony unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a better person to officiate our wedding. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who truly makes your day feel special!

Hire her immediately!

Karen was the BEES KNEES! We are from the states and did not know the area at all. Our planner was from Toronto and also did not really know the area. We could not have asked for a kinder, more emotionally intuitive officiant if we tried. She went above and beyond, even helped with the planning. She went with our crazy Shoresy theme and even leaned into it. When I get my photos back I will attach the ones we took with her! She even sat with me while finishing my hair! She also called and ran around looking for last minute bridal umbrellas. I would give a thousand stars if I could. We love you!

We were very happy with our experience. From the beginning, Karen responded to my calls and questions promptly and was always available when I needed guidance. She encouraged us to think about our ceremony in ways I hadn't considered and offered thoughtful insight that helped shape it into something even more meaningful. The ceremony felt personal, authentic and perfectly suited to us as a couple. We are incredibly grateful for her role in our special day and would highly recommend her to any couple looking for an officiant who is thoughtful, attentive, an genuinely invested in creating a memorable ceremony.

Highly recommend

We wanted a very small and intimate ceremony and we are so so grateful for the care and consideration that went into it! Karen provided such a heartfelt and beautiful speech before our vows and it could not have been more perfect! She was receptive and accommodating to all our ideas. With mobility challenges I was worried about how much I would enjoy the ceremony; but Karen and Nickel City Ceremony came right to our home making it a day to remember and cherish. I would not change a thing about the process and the outcome and would highly recommend!

Karen made our ceremony feel so special! With it being our special day, there was a lot of anxiousness about the day to come.. as I walked in for my big walk down the isle, Karen’s calm and professional presence set a beautiful tone for our moment! She included some things about us in her speech and shared some things about the symbolism of our union.. everything was perfect! She also made time for a blanket ceremony to take place and then sealed our ceremonies with our first kiss. Karen is amazing at what she does and we 100% recommend using her for your wedding officiant! I’d also like to add she had a few jokes that were perfect to connect everyone in the room

I retired from the working world and, with my love of life and love, still wanted to spend lots of time celebrating life with people. Celebrations in life including births and naming ceremonies, renaming ceremonies, being happily single, weddings, vow renewals, divorce, elder ceremonies, and honoring life are all such wonderful events. I am trained to lead the ceremonies and organize the readings, rituals and participants, and as an Ontario Registered Officiant, legally officiate and solemnize weddings.
