Hi, I'm Luke, but my friends call me "LD".

I’ve been a wedding officiant for over five years, and in that time, I’ve had the honour of officiating more than 300 weddings. I specialize in celebrating couples and their love, ensuring their big day is as meaningful and memorable as possible. With my big, booming voice, every guest—from the front row to the back—will hear the heartfelt words of your ceremony. And as a confident big ginger, I bring warmth, energy, and a touch of personality to every wedding I officiate.

Many couples have told me I’ve found my calling, and I couldn’t agree more—I truly love what I do and feel so grateful to be part of such a special moment in people’s lives. Highly recommend

We couldn’t have asked for a better officiant for our wedding! From start to finish, he was there for us, answering all of our questions and guiding us through the entire process. The ceremony itself was absolutely beautiful, and we received so many compliments from our guests about how personal and heartfelt it felt. He really made our day special, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for an officiant who truly cares about making your wedding memorable!

Cannot recommend Luke enough

I, being a wedding planner have worked with Luke in the past for various weddings, when I booked him for my own wedding, I already knew how fun he is to work with and how amazing he is at conducting his specially curated ceremonies.

I did not know however how closely he works with all of his couples to ensure that your ceremony is just that, your own and not a carbon copy that you see at every other wedding you attend.

Luke met with us several times to provide us guidance and to make sure that we were a good fit. He was flexible with timing, extremely communicative and even helped us with the writing of our vows.

I cannot recommend him enough, every guest that we spoke to following the ceremony agreed that Luke was an amazing fit being able to capture the fun-loving energy that my husband and I share.

Luke was absolutely amazing to deal with and very personable. Even though we only met and spoke a few times before our ceremony, we felt truly comfortable with him. He listened to everything we wanted and didn’t want, and made sure our day went seamlessly.

Amazing!!!

Luke was absolutely amazing. I am so grateful he was able to marry us. Not only did he come out to where we were getting married, he was funny, sweet and kind. He had a handkerchief right there for my tears which I was able to save and put with our wedding things. He has the most incredible voice. So strong, yes calming at the same time. I highly recommend using Luke for your wedding!!

Amazing!

Luke will not disappoint!! He made our ceremony about US! It wasn’t the boring ceremonies you go to all the time that are impersonal, he made sure it was all about us and our love story and how we got to our special day! Luke is very easy to get along with and was always available for questions! He made us both feel so comfortable!! If you’re looking for a memorable ceremony that will get countless compliments, Luke is the officiant for you!! I’d recommend him a million times over!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience

One thing about Luke is that it is obvious he loves his job and gains a great happiness from bringing together people in love. His warm and outgoing personality instantly made us feel at ease throughout our wedding but also he really connected with our guests. We had so many people come to us after and say he was the best officiant they had ever seen and we of course agreed. Even the process of personalizing our ceremony through his website was very special to us, we loved the resources he had available and how he really made everything easy to follow. We cannot recommend Luke enough and now consider him a very special part of our love story and also, a friend.

The best decision we made when planning our wedding was hiring Luke!

Luke made our ceremony truly magical and memorable. He made the process smooth and simple. He had us, as well as our guests laughing and in tears. What we expected to be a typical ceremony, turned out to be our favourite part of the day. The amount of personalization he added was above and beyond. Our biggest regret is not hiring a videographer, specifically to record the ceremony. We’ve had an incredible amount of feedback from our guests, all praising Luke’s skills. We would highly recommend Luke, you will not regret it!

Warm, Friendly, & Full of Compassion

Luke is an amazing person, full of life, humour and charisma. He is flexible and respectful to us as the couple, and performed our ceremony with only 2 days' notice. Luke has a giant heart and you can feel his joy throughout the time together. Thank you Luke! We recommend you 1000%!

No more boring wedding ceremonies!

Luke helped make our ceremony feel so special! Everyone there kept talking about how it was the most loving and fun wedding ceremony they've ever experienced! Lots of laughs, tears, and it was so personal to us which made it one of my favourite parts of the day! HIGHLY recommend!
