Let me preface this review by mentioning that we (or rather I LOL) have found Jitensha around 2 years before our wedding day (many months before getting engaged). My husband and I really wanted to have a team of wedding vendors who are not only great at what they do but who serve with so much passion and joy for their craft. We knew Jitensha perfectly fits our style and vibe so we hired them as soon as they opened up their calendar for 2021. Future Brides and Grooms, I highly suggest you do the same! ☺️

Because of the pandemic, we had to adjust our wedding plans. We decided to have our wedding reception at my parents’ front yard. I was so afraid that our new setup would make it impossible for them to play at our wedding day, but Jitensha assured us and provided us with lots of support and well wishes during our wedding preparation.

On the day of our wedding, Rose and David really set up their stage beautifully. It matches our wedding style! ALL our guests (and even our neighbours) couldn’t even stop telling us and our immediate families how blown away they were of Jitensha. Young, middle-aged, and older - age didn’t matter because everyone had a great time listening to Jitensha (and even dancing away).

To this day, my husband and I, are just left in awe on how amazing our wedding was. Rose and David, even though words aren’t enough, THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts! ♥️

Rose and David are extremely talented and professional. They have a great sound and huge selection of songs. Everyone was really impressed with their performance and really enjoyed them. We found Jitensha online and loved their vibe. After meeting in person, we knew they'd be a great choice to have play at our wedding. They were very accommodating when we asked them to learn several new songs to play for the wedding. They have a HUGE repertoire of songs they already know. They were quick to respond to my (many) emails through the months of planning.

We had them play cello/guitar during the ceremony and it was beautiful and perfect!!! They had the crowd up and dancing during the reception. I got so many compliments on how amazing they are. They were a real pleasure to have! I only hope to see them play in the future =)

We couldn't have asked for a better band to play during our cocktail hour. Not only were Rose and David extremely responsive in the months prior to the wedding, but they were also incredibly collaborative, letting us choose the songs that were dear to our hearts. Without having heard them live before, we were completely blown away but how amazing they sounded live. We received so many compliments from our guests throughout the entire night about their set, and our only regret is not having enough time to dance to their music ourselves, as we were busy taking our wedding photos. We highly recommend them to all, and will be following their musical careers from this point forward. BONUS: They're also super sweet! :)
