Jake went above and beyond for our wedding. He took the time in our call leading up to the wedding not only to help us map out our music for the ceremony and cocktail hour, but for every special moment in between. He played the songs for us on our call to make sure we knew what to expect, and he was very attuned to our reactions. He wouldn't let us get away with a "good enough" song selection - he made sure we felt the music (and yes, he got tears out of me by the end of the call). The wedding day was absolutely magical. Jake was extremely professional and the live music made our ceremony feel so intimate. I'm having trouble finding the words to describe how magical it made everything feel. I would recommend Jake to anyone looking for beautiful live music to accompany their events. The venue couldn't stop raving about him. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the music. My husband and I still keep patting ourselves on the back for hiring Jake. If you're considering Jake for any of your events, please trust me, he is worth every penny and more. -

If you're looking for a guitarist for your wedding, look no further! Jake played the ceremony and cocktail reception at our wedding in Muskoka, and he was amazing. So talented! From the get go Jake was very quick to respond to all our questions, provide his expertise and made it clear his goal was to add value to our wedding through music. In one of our first meetings, we spent nearly 2 hours on Zoom with Jake while he played different songs and combinations to ensure we were 100% aligned and excited about the music for our ceremony and cocktail hour. It got us SO excited about our wedding and we knew he was a perfect fit. Jake also went above and beyond to secure a microphone and speaker for our ceremony, which was a last minute ask we had. We 10/10 recommend working with him! -

Wonderful Guitarist!
We hired Jake for our wedding in Jordan Ontario and he was 100% exactly what I had hoped for. We first met Jake for an introduction and planning session - for several hours, no additional cost! He was so friendly, and clearly passionate about music - he played snippets from every song we were considering so we could get a feeling for them. We were impressed with his skill, quality and variety of the songs he could play (between my husband and I we were looking for a wide mixture of oldies, pop, country etc). I had one special request since I had pictured myself walking down the aisle to a specific song, which he eagerly learned for us.
Jake was organized and reliable, and even without a wedding planner there wasn't much I had to do on my side. On our wedding day, everything went seemlessly, he played at our ceremony, outside on the vineyard and at our cocktail hour. His music really helped set the tone for our day and we had a lot of compliments from our guests about how great he was! We loved getting to know Jake and wouldn't change a thing about the whole process with him. I would definitely recommend him! -

Jake played guitar for our ceremony and cocktail hour at our wedding. He was so responsive and easy to connect with. He really took the time to understand our music style. His music made our ceremony absolutely perfect! -

We had the privilege of having guitarist Jake Dudas play for our daughter's wedding on Sept 28th in the 1000 Islands Region of Ontario. Jake was phenomenal to work with ~ always responding to emails promptly all the while being warm and friendly. Jake liased on our behalf with the on site vendor coordinator and adapted to the ceremony change of location seamlessly due to the weather. Jakes guitar music was enchanting and elevated the romantic mood and intimate moments ~ we could have listened to Jake play all evening! Thank you Jake Dudas, your talents and personality will be fondly remembered by our family.
I hope to hear you play again one day.

We were looking for a guitarist to play our ceremony/cocktail hour and Jake was better than we could have ever hoped!
He met with us in advance to play some of his playlist so that we could pick and choose the artists/songs we wanted, accommodated a request we made for a song we wanted played during our signing (which he learned and performed beautifully), and wowed our guests during the first couple of hours of our reception while we went off to take pictures.
