Bryan Rason - Acoustic guitar

A native of Toronto, Ontario, Bryan Rason is a professional fingerstyle solo guitarist. Largely influenced by legendary artists such as Chet Atkins and Tommy Emmanuel, and having played with Antoine Dufour and Ewan Dobson, fingerstyle greats themselves, Bryan plays in much the same style as all these titans. As a full-time professional Bryan teaches, writes, arranges, records, and gives live performance all through North America.

Experience

Bryan’s career actually began in his youth, as he was inspired to play country music by his father. Eventually he attended Trebas Institute pursuing studies as a music engineer. In addition to his teaching, Bryan has recorded the full-length albums “Follow Your Bliss” and “Genres.”

Bryan Rason is available for wedding ceremony and cocktail hour music. His performances are instrumental and he plays in a number of genres, jazz, pop, and country, among others. While a fingerstlye guitarist, in his playing the listener can hear a bass line, harmony, and a percussive right hand technique.
