Costs will vary depending on how many musicians you want to have however their price is fair for the excellent musicians they provide
The only band you need is Ascension Gtiive for any event you have‼️ Professional organizational skills, awesome musicians and vocalists with powerful voices not to mention he puts together a brass section, should you want that for your event that will knock your socks off. I can’t say enough to express how happy we are after every event we have booked with them. Joe’s your guy and he will customize the music program to any music style . Whether an intimate dinner party or a wedding or also gala events, these people will pull it off with style and grace -

Amazing band. They had everyone on the dance floor from the moment they started playing. Very professional and very easy to approach with questions and requests. Would 100% have them again. -

Really good and very professional! Our theme was James Bond and they prepared a couple songs to fit the night's motif. This band truly uplifted the energy in the air and our guests came to us with special commendations for the music. -

Ascension Groove did an awesome job for our wedding!! They had all our guests on the dance floor - we didn't want the night to end! They were also so accommodating with our requests throughout the process, even last minute ones. The highlight was when my dad joined the Band on the stage for a couple songs near the end of the night. Every member of the band was so friendly and really added to making our wedding that much more special. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much for making our wedding a true celebration :)

DON'T THINK TWICE ABOUT IT! These guys are true professionals and completely made our night! They gauged the atmosphere of the party and single handedly created an atmosphere that was magical. I have not danced this hard in a very long time, and so fitting seeing as I was the bride. They made my husband and I feel super special whilst engaging every guest. Could not recommend them more. Thank you so much Jo, and your amazing crew! -

We we're very happy with the band. Great music and variety of songs, played very well to the crowd. Overall, we would recommend Ascension to our friends or others looking for music entertainment at their events. -

The band is fantastic! We had them play our wedding 6 years ago and my parent's 50th anniversary in September. Joe is great to deal with and the whole band is talented, fun and very professional. They offer a wide range of songs and genres that keep people on the dance floor. I would hire them again in a heart beat! -

I could not say enough great things about Ascension Groove. Not only were they unbelievable but Joe had great communication leading up to the event. The professionalism went hand in hand with the talent! They had people singing along and kept the energy up with an audience of 1,500 guests. Well done! I would hire them back and recommend them to others in a heartbeat! -

We had arranged Ascension Groove for our corporate event on June 11th in Toronto, on a boat cruise! From the moment we started discussing arrangements I felt comfortable with our choice to go with their band. They were accommodating, professional, and it was good to know that they have experience in all different crowds and venues, including boat cruises. Preparing for this event with Ascension Groove was a breeze. And everyone on the cruise (around 250 people from different companies and different locations in Canada) enjoyed their music (vocals / instrumentals) and performance! We all had blast, thank you Ascension Groove! -

I manage a small association of contractors that has approximately 120 members. Each year, we have several “all member” events including our weekend long semi-annual meeting.
Joe Palawan and his Ascension Grove Band have entertained us several times in past 2 years including the most recent semi-annual held June 10, 2016.
Each time I’ve booked the band, I found Joe to be both professional and easy to work with. He’s been totally reliable, having the band organized and ready to start as promised.
Of course the band itself is awesome. Our membership ranges in age from early 20’s to late 70’s and, at each event, they’ve been able to get the dance floor packed early in the evening and keep it that way most of the night!
I receive tons of compliments from members and guests; several asking for the band’s contact information for events of their own.
I plan to have The Ascension Groove Band at many more of our functions.
