I hired Steph Maggs Beauty for my wedding hair, and I could not be happier!
Sarah, who was the hair stylist, was punctual and professional, and was such a pleasure to be with in the morning of.
I gave Steph example/inspiration photos of the hair I wanted ahead of time, and Sarah came prepared and did exactly what I wanted!
My hair was the talk of the day, stealing the show - it was so stunning!
Steph was also absolutely lovely to work with during the planning process - very responsive, professional, understanding and kind! -

I cannot describe how incredible it was to work with Steph on my special day. From the beginning of my day to the late evening, my makeup and hair was absolutely flawless, perfect and did not budge at all. Not only was she at the ready to help with touch ups, but worked with me to do exactly what I'd wanted. All 5 of my bridesmaids looked amazing and everyone could not stop commenting on how gorgeous we all looked. Amazing experience and I can't rave enough about her skills, her professionalism, and her team. -

There are hardly words to describe how amazing this company and team is. Steph was an effective communicator and incredibly knowledgeable and confident in her craft. Steph and Elise arrived early and were professional but personal during our services. Every bridesmaid had a different vision for their look and Steph created their desired look. Elise paid extensive care and attention to detail, with my extensions and hair. I felt so beautiful. The looks lasted the entire night, even after three full hours of dancing. Would highly recommend Steph Maggs for your event!! -

Extremely professional, Amazing makeup Artist
Steph did makeup for myself and 4 bridesmaids.
She showed up on time and even though we were running behind she was extremely professional and did an amazing job on everyone. We were all completed ahead of schedule, despite the bridal party running behind.
Steph was very personable and easy to chat with, it felt like a friend was doing your makeup.
I asked for a natural look and Steph nailed it on the first try, I was very impressed and my makeup stayed all night!
All the bridesmaid had nothing but positive things to say.
I would highly reccomend hiring Steph for your makeup needs and I would use her again if the occasion came up. -

I hired Steph for my wedding at Hernder Winery in St. Catharines and my venue unfortunately suffered a massive fire less than 4 months out from my wedding. As an out of town bride and the stress/panic of this tragedy, I requested a refund for my deposit. Steph refused a refund and although I understand the no-refund policy, considering these circumstances, I was hopeful there would be an empathetic reconsideration. Instead she suggested I pay close to $200 for her to travel to my new location to do makeup. She also offered to recommend other makeup artists, while keeping her deposit. I was beyond disappointed in the customer service, or lack thereof during a situation I had no control over. During emails back and forth with Steph on this issue, she stopped answering me and I’ve yet to hear back from her. -

Steph was such a pleasure to work with, and same with our hair stylist Katya. We had so much fun during the trial and the day of the wedding. Steph did a great job picking out all the right shades for the makeup and it lasted all day and night on our very hot and humid wedding day. Also they did a great job with timing. Both girls arrived on time in the morning and went to work right away, giving us a whole hour to take pictures before we had to head out. Would 120% recommend Steph and her team to anyone looking to book a hair and/or makeup artist. -
