Nilou and Nev were absolutely amazing to work with. Honestly, I received more than just hair & makeup services. At my trial, I felt like they also provided therapy/coaching LOL. They are so sweet and work fast. I’ve never met such a great hair & MUA team like this before. They nailed my look and helped create a beautiful bride, mother of bride, and maid of honour 🥰 (with my makeup lasting the whole day!) I highly recommend them for any kind of event, especially weddings cause they’re truly allowed me to feel like I was in good hands and didn’t have to worry about how I looked (cause I knew they would crush it 💪). Thanks again ladies 💕
PS. I booked for a wedding package that included hair & makeup trial, day of hair & makeup, airbrushing, and travel fee (for them to come to my venue). -

Nilou and Nev did hair and makeup of my bridesmaids, mothers of the groom and bride and my aunts. We are all very happy with our looks. Hair and makeup lasted long until the end of our wedding night. They really did an amazing job and they are easy to deal with, very sweet ladies! 🫶🏼 they’re quick, punctual and professional. We all got the looks that we wanted, the makeup didn’t feel heavy, looks natural but glamorous. Will definitely have these ladies do my hair and makeup dor my next big event. ❤️ -

I booked my bridal hair and makeup with Nilou and Nevena and I could not be more impressed with the quality of work they put into me. Both my makeup and hair stayed on all day and I could not stop looking at myself the entire day. Thank you both again for a lovely service! -

I was recommended by a friend of mine and I booked my fiancé with them for our wedding functions. She was very happy with her hair and makeup and we booked them for our wedding. The ladies are very professional and know what they are doing. Our engagement photos came out great. I highly recommend Nb beaute! -

I want to share my candid experience with NB Beaute, hoping to provide valuable insights for fellow brides-to-be as they navigate their wedding planning journey. All factors considered, I would not recommend NB Beaute based on my overall wedding experience.
The communication with NB Beaute was great, with prompt and responsive interactions. Given my short engagement period, quickly searched for hair and makeup services for both myself and my bridal party. With this in mind, I arranged a trial session with NB Beaute prior to my big day. The trial for hair and makeup proceeded smoothly, during which I also inquired about the presence of the same artists on my wedding day. However, it was clarified that different artists of equivalent experience would be handling the wedding.
Photos, was taken during the trial, and I requested details into the products used for reference for the wedding day.
On the day of the wedding, the hair and makeup teams arrived punctually, ready to begin their work. Quickly, it became evident that one of the hair stylists had significantly less experience. Unfortunately, the outcomes of her efforts left the bridesmaids dissatisfied, with one bridesmaid repeatedly requesting adjustments that yielded unsatisfactory results. Regrettably, the styled curls promptly lost their form, despite the indoor setting of the ceremony.
As is not uncommon in wedding scenarios, we encountered some delays in our schedule. I voiced my concerns regarding the timing to the makeup artists, yet their focus remained primarily on completing the bridesmaids' looks. While the makeup artists showcased their proficiency, the colour palette and products used were not consistent with those used during the trial. My personal hair and makeup, in the end, fell extremely short of my expectations, especially when compared to the favorable trial experience. Had my trial outcome mirrored the wedding result, I would have never entertained the idea of booking their services.
In summary, the final outcome of both my own appearance and that of my bridesmaids left much to be desired. Additionally, the follow-up communication subsequent to the wedding was extremely defensive and said that action would be taken for a defamatory review.
I encourage future brides to draw lessons from my encounter and emphasize the importance of confirming the consistent presence of designated artists on the wedding day. Furthermore, I advise incorporating provisions into the contract to ensure the utilization of identical colours and products as demonstrated during the trial.NB beaute's reply:

We’re so sorry that you had such a negative experience. Our clients are our number one priority and we always strive our best to ensure they are happy and satisfied with their services. We noticed that you decided to write this review after we did not respond to your request to receive a “meaningful” amount of money.
We received your wedding inquiry very close to your wedding date and we had responded to you promptly and you were very delayed in your response. You were trying to plan your trial around your engagement shoot and rescheduled the date and time a few times which was very last minute and close to the date. We had mentioned to you multiple times that we ourselves would not be available for your wedding date and that we would recommend other artists we work with to take over for you. We tried numerous times to accommodate your trial date and work around you but the other artists were not available with those specific trial times. We had told you that this was the case and that we ourselves would do the trial for you so we can make sure you’re glammed up for your photoshoot but to keep in mind that we would not be there for the wedding day. You agreed to this and committed to the trial. The trial went well, you said you loved the look and we told you all of the products used in case you wanted to recreate the look. You had some time to decide if you wanted to book the other artists for your wedding day before we wrote up a contract for you with them. You asked for pictures of their work and numerous other questions which we responded to and sent you so that you can make your decision prior to booking. This was all clearly laid out, explained and provided to you for you to make your own choice. We communicated the inspo pictures, trial pictures and timing requests with the artists that were working on your wedding day. You wanted to have a tighter timeline and requested 4 artists which we accommodated for by adding two assistant stylists for a lower fee which was agreed upon by yourself. The artists hired for your wedding are professional stylists with years of experience in the industry as well as senior MAC artists that we have worked with for many years and only had positive feedback from our clients hence why we confidently recommended them to you.
We communicated with all the artists on the wedding day and they all stayed until your bridal party was satisfied. They made any necessary adjustments and accommodated every request that was made. You had sent us a schedule and timeline prior to the wedding that we forwarded to the artists to follow and ensure they arrived earlier to set up and be ready for your group. We were informed that you were setting up your decorations and not present in the room to be worked on during your scheduled time which forced the two artists to work on you at the same and run behind schedule. The bridesmaids were also running in and out to set up and steaming dresses which can affect the hairstyle and not allow the products to set properly. We understand that weddings can be stressful and unpredictable which is why you had to do the setting up yourselves and we empathize with you. We also would like to remind you that this is not on the artists as they were there on time and waiting to work on you. You also added another person to your booking which was not paid for on your end and when we reached out to kindly ask for the balance and ask about your day, you told us about your negative experiences instead. You told us you were happy with our work at the trial and the makeup was fine on the wedding but were different colours (MUA Tracy confirmed that you asked for peachy lips and cheeks which she adjusted for you). We empathized with you and offered you a satisfactory solution to make you happy and you asked for larger sum of money which we could not accommodate since we paid out all of the artists. We have attached pictures of our work (done by Nilou and Nevena) from the trial and a picture sent to us from your wedding (done by Tracy and Maria) to show an accurate representation of our work. We feel very upset about your experience and wished we could have come to a satisfactory solution before you decided to go online and write negative and false information that does not reflect the truth about the experience. We wish you well and hope you can move on from this. -

The team at NB Beaute is amazing! I recommend NB Beaute to all my family and friends for special occasions.
The ladies did my hair and make up for my wedding day, as well as the hair and make up for my bridesmaids and the moms. During my trial, the ladies made sure I felt comfortable by asking questions, addressing my questions and concerns, as well as taking constructive criticism for the day of my wedding.
On the day of my wedding, the ladies ran a little behind-but it did not effect our hair and make up outcome. We could tell that the girls wanted to make sure everyone was happy and that they did not rush their job. Unfortunately, one of my bridesmaids was left with no lashes (included with the package), and other bridesmaid s'lashes were falling out later in the evening but this is not a reflection of their actual work. One bridesmaid didn't give me the heads up that she was planning to add extensions to her hair, therefore I couldn't give NB Beaute the heads up. With the last minute decision, the ladies were so flexible to perform this last minute addition.
Thank you for all of your hard work!! We had lots of complements on our hair and make up and we were all quite happy with the outcomes.NB beaute's reply:

We wish you would have expressed these comments with us when we asked you how everything went both before and after the wedding because both times you said you were happy with everything and everything went well!
With regards to the lashes, lashes are complementary in the makeup services so we did not charge for them. We always ask every client if they would like them applied at the end of the makeup which all of your bridesmaids asked for and therefore it was applied for them so we’re a bit confused about this comment,
One of the ladies had sensitive eyes and teared up during the lash application which we explained will cause them to potentially come off later because it won’t allow the glue to set properly, however we stayed until the eyes dried and we could be sure that they were sticking before leaving the appointment. We also sent another one of our stylists to come to help out and make sure everything would run according to the timeline!
