Montana The Art of Makeup and Hair is a wedding makeup business located in Hamilton, Ontario. With more than 36 years in the bridal and beauty industry, owner and founder Trula Pissas, would like to bring her extensive career experience to you, the bride. The company services couples throughout the GTA and surrounding areas, including Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Grimsby, St. Catharines and Niagara.
Services Offered
When booking with Montana The Art of Makeup and Hair, a trial run prior to the wedding is extremely important to get the desired outcome. Trial runs are usually done about four to six weeks prior to the special day. The Bride will receive full makeup and hair styling with any headpieces and veils. The bridal party, who should also be present if possible, receives a complimentary makeup and hair consultation. The consultation involves going over details of the wedding, including dress colours, flower colours, skin tone, hair colour, etc. From there, they will have all the information needed to make the wedding day prep as smooth and stress-free as possible. This team of professional and talented mobile makeup and hair stylists will travel to any location, whether it be at the couple's own home, hotel, banquet hall, or somewhere else!
History
In 1987, Trula had the vision of creating a company that would cater to the needs of soon-to-be-weds in the comfort of their own home, with as little stress as possible. She believes that you should be surrounded by the people that you love and that care about you the most, instead of being just a number in a hair salon with a timeline.

Simply beautiful.
I had both a hair and makeup trial before the wedding, and they completely duplicated the looks perfectly on the big day, exactly how I had envisioned them. It was such a relief knowing I was in such capable hands.
Trula was incredible with makeup. She listened carefully to what I wanted, soft, natural, and timeless, but still glowing in photos, and she absolutely nailed it. My makeup stayed flawless the entire day and night through tears, hugs, and dancing. She has such a calming, confident presence and works with so much care and precision.
Ferial worked absolute magic on my hair. I showed her a few inspiration photos, and she created something even better. My hairstyle held up beautifully all day, even with the weather, and still looked perfect by the end of the night. She was so kind, attentive, and detail-oriented, making sure every strand was in place.
They were both wonderful not just with me, but with my bridesmaids, mom and mother-in-law as well, everyone looked stunning and felt so confident. We were even ready on time, which is a huge win on a wedding morning!

With more than 30 years in the bridal and beauty industry, Trula, founder of Montana The Art of Makeup & Hair, is bringing her extensive career experience to you, the bride.
Years ago Trula had a vision of creating a company that would cater to the needs of brides in the comfort of their own homes, with as little stress as possible. Trula believes that you should be surrounded by the people that care the most, instead of being just a number in a hair salon with a timeline. This led her to the first important steps in creating Montana a professional and very talented mobile makeup and hair team that would travel to any location.
Trula has raving reviews from her clients, she was even the official makeup artist for Priscilla Presley for the 2014 Elvis Collingwood Festival.
When Trula is not working you can find her enjoying a cup of herbal tea, spending time with her 2 cats,listening to music... especially Elvis music since she is a huge fan.
