About

MakeupLady is a beauty company run by Allana, a makeup and eyelash extension artist and hairstylist from Toronto. During her 10 years in the industry, she has worked on a number of television and print media projects. Allana understands that their wedding is the most important day of her brides’ lives and takes great effort to make their experience with her fun and professional. Her work has been featured in E! Entertainment Television, CTV, 20th Century Fox, the Toronto International Film Festival, Toronto Fashion Week, Holt Renfrew, Elegant Wedding Magazine and The Perfect Wedding Magazine, and more.

Services Offered

Trial sessions and consultations are offered. Mobile hair and makeup services are also provided. Clients also get a touch up kit which includes powder and lip products. Makeup services include:

Excellent MUA

Allana is super sweet. She has great character, she's a responsive business woman, and a beautiful soul. I had a makeup trial done by her on Wednesday for my wedding, as I was testing out a few artists in the city before settling on one.

I will give her credit that despite not knowing exactly what I wanted, she was open to providing suggestions and to hearing my concerns. She captured the "natural" look that I was looking for, creating a soft glam without being too crazy.

Pricing is comparable compared to other local artists, but she offers a lot more services than most make-up companies offer, such as eyelash extensions, hair, etc. If there isn't a service she offers, she will be accommodating in the sense that she will be willing to offer suggestions to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Would highly recommend.

I've been thinking of doing about Microblading since Sept of last year. I finally saw and followed Allana's work and was convinced she was the perfect artist/professional to do the job. I booked an appointment two weeks ago. I'm extremely happy with the results. I followed all her instructions with the after care. Exactly what she told me was dead on. I'm a happy girl! I recommend her ??

Allana is a very special young lady. When I met with her for my Microblading I was very nervous. She explained all the details and healing process with me so I know exactly what to expect. My brows look fantastic and I look forward to continuum get to see Allana for other services.

Don't rock the boat with her.
She does not know how to take your opinions if she finds them in contrast to her own.
She is over reactive and should not be in a public service sector.
A few people skills would help.
She appears to have possible Sociopath tendencies.

Allana was an absolute joy to have around during the getting ready process. She was professional, full of energy and of course her eye for make up is on point. She listened to exactly how I pictured myself looking like on my wedding day. Overall; myself, the bridesmaids and my mother were very happy with our make up and hope to use Allana's services again.

I was nervous finding a beauty specialist, because I wasn't sure about the look I wanted. When I met Allana she was so patient with me and helped me find a look that suited me. I loved it.

"I cannot be happier with Allana's work. She is a hard worker who cares about giving her clients high quality services. She is meticulous, asks for feedback and makes sure that her clients are satisfied. I always walk away feeling so pleased about how my hair looks. Allana is also trustworthy, honest, reliable and so I depend on her recommendations for other services or products that I desire. Allana went above and beyond to help me pick the perfect look for my wedding day. She did hair and makeup for 5 woman and makeup for 3. We all looked our very best. She works fast, and where completed well before. My hair and makeup looked perfect all night. Thank you.

Allana is hands down the person you want to do your hair and makeup for your wedding. This was my second time working with her (Allana did my hair and makeup for my sister-in-law’s wedding) and she did the most amazing job and I couldn’t have been happier! Not only does she make you look and feel like your best self but she is also very professional and personable, makes you feel special on and leading up to your wedding day and does anything and everything to make sure that you enjoy your day. I will be recommending Allana to all my girlfriends and I hope to work with her again!!
