I cannot recommend Alysia enough!
Alysia was incredible! She answered every single question I had and really took the time to get to me know me; she didn’t treat this like a job, rather she treated me like family. She genuinely cared about me and my bridal party, and all of the concerns we brought up to her. She has a calm personality and is extremely friendly - I felt so comfortable around her, and was able to talk to her about everything. She brought my vision to life completely and I am so grateful to have had her on the most important day of my life! Now about the look - I was floored when I looked in the mirror, I couldn’t believe the girl looking back at me was actually me! I have very oily skin and large pores and typically makeup does not last very long on my skin, but not only did it last the entire night, it stayed flawless throughout the sweat, tears, and dancing! The makeup and hair really did stand the test of time and I put both through a lot - Alysia is just simply the best! Besides my wedding I was lucky enough to have her do my hair and makeup for my engagement party and photoshoot, bridal shower, boudoir shoot, and rehearsal dinner. For each event she gave me completely new and unique looks, I don’t know how she does it, I just know that for as long as she does hair and makeup, I will only book her. I cannot recommend her enough!

Alysia took care of everyone!
Alysia is a wonderful makeup artist/hairstylist and I couldn’t be happier to have had her on my wedding day. I had a very large bridal party and many family members ranging from very young to mature, all with different skin tones and skin concerns – and Alysia took care of everyone! She was able to give everyone the perfect application, not too much and not too little – catered exactly to what they needed. The look Alysia did for me was striking and glamorous but still natural and I looked like myself, with all my best features enhanced. She was also very calming and easy to talk to, which made the getting ready process such a breeze. Alysia really listened to what I wanted and brought my vision to life, the hair and makeup also didn’t budge throughout my nuptials and reception which was more than 14 hours. I cannot recommend Alysia enough, you are in the best care with her!

Alysia was a dream to work with! She is the first make up artist I’ve ever worked with who has made me look and feel like myself. She was caring, attentive and had such a positive vibe all around. She listened to all the requests I had and catered the inspiration photos I showed her to suit me. I am just blown away by her talent! I have never looked better, and I have no idea how she does it, it just feels like magic! The makeup stayed flawless all throughout the day and into the night, my curls stayed in place for days afterwards, I was able to even leave for my honeymoon with my hair looking perfect! Alysia is also an excellent communicator, very professional with an infectious personality. Even though I extremely anxious, having her around and taking care of everything, even non-makeup related, took a lot of stress off of me. She helped out with flower arrangements, putting together our take home gifts, loading up the car and even last-minute decorating at the venue. She went above and beyond to help me, even with things that were not her responsibility – I am so grateful to have had her on my wedding day.

I used Alysia Hair and Makeup for my wedding day and wow did she do a great job! She was so patient and understanding and really listened to what I wanted and didn’t want. I had a phone consultation with her before the day and she went through everything from my skin type to hair type to likes and dislikes. She’s very responsive and quick to answer any calls and message; she is very accommodating and flexible, even when things came up last minute, she took care of everything for us. Alysia also went out of her way to purchase a lipstick for me which I couldn’t pickup myself, she bought it beforehand and had it ready for me on the wedding day as I wanted to wear it for the reception. My sister, mom and niece were all so happy with the magic Alysia did on us. I really felt beautiful on my special day but not overdone. It was perfect!! Thank you Alysia! We can’t wait to have you doll us up again!

Thank you Alysia for making my day even more beautiful with your hair and makeup expertise, you truly are an incredible artist. Everyone said it was perfect, and I personally felt it best. You were punctual and organized, and were a perfectionist with your work. You have such a sweet personality, very approachable and super easy to talk to. I loved how you made me feel at ease, I didn't have to worry about anything, you stayed calm throughout the entire appointment even when things got very hectic. Alysia saw my vision and gave me two unique picture perfect wedding looks. Starting with the skin care application my face was feeling so refreshed and hydrated and made for the perfect base to maintain my makeup for more than eleven hours. The products used were high quality and I could not believe how light my face felt the whole day. The makeup and hair photographed beautiful and was more than I could have asked for. As a bride with alopecia I was worried about my hair looking thin or bald but Alysia did a fantastic job making my hair look full and gorgeous. Alysia was a pleasure to spend time with and was so receptive to any questions and requests we had. I would love to work with her again! A huge thanks to Alysia for making me feel beautiful and confident.

Leading up the wedding you were so incredibly easy to talk to and communicate with. You worked with me so patiently around my schedule and time to find a look that worked for me. Even when I couldn't decide, you told me we could just take it step by step on the day of the wedding, and that way I could tell you what I like along the way.
The day of the wedding you were incredible. You worked from 7:45am until 4pm without a single break making sure me and my wedding party looked amazing! Any situation that came up, you just went with it and adapted easily.
You have the perfect balance of being friendly and down to earth with everyone, but also blending into the background and knowing your purpose of being there. You were so patient and kind. Your calmness definitely helped when I, as the bride, had moments of worry or stress.
Now the actual makeup and hair - wow. The amount of compliments I received was insane. Everything looked so amazing throughout the day and night. My lipstick didn't come off at all even throughout dinner. I felt like an absolute goddess.
You are such a beautiful soul and you felt like just another family member to me that day. Thank you for making us all look like a million bucks for my wedding ❤
