I am so happy I found Ritsuko. She did a fantastic job and was responsive to my emails. I initially hired her for make-up for 2 days (my wedding ceremony/ family reception and friends reception). Then due to a last minute cancellation for my hair, she did that as well both days. I am grateful for her flexibility and accommodation. Her attention to detail and expertise really showed in the end result.
A month later, I hired her again for a wedding kimono photoshoot. My husband's background is Japanese and I wanted an authentic kimono hairstyle and make-up look but knew nothing. Rtisuko helped a lot in picking the hairstyle and make-up that was appropriate but still me.

Amazing hair and makeup
We had to reschedule our wedding twice due to the pandemic and Ritsuko was very sweet and had no problem with moving the dates over and over!
I ended up having two trials (pre- and then post-pandemic!) and since I don't usually wear any makeup, I was worried that I wouldn't look like myself or look too done up. I ended up bringing my cousins along (Ritsuko was very accommodating!) and she really listened and took suggestions, trying different colours and looks until I was happy. She also tried a few techniques with my hair to make it stand out and look better.
On the actual wedding day, I definitely still felt like myself... just enhanced and better, lol! Also, that hair and makeup stayed put all night! -
